The hotel is new with a great rooftop pool. The room was nice. Bottled water was only complimentary on the first day. Some facilities are still under construction. It's very close to Luisa Park, and the value for money is decent.

Nice building, nice room in general. Terrible wifi. The shower, while not bad, can be “unstable”, in a way that the temperature of the water can drop while using it. The room service isn’t replacing used cups on a daily basis and the coffee pods were not replaced once during my stay. In general quite clean and comfortable but I did see some small ants here and there- nothing critical and understandable, to be fair, giving the proximity of the park. Very expensive breakfast. Save yourself the trouble, you can find a good breakfast nearby for almost quarter of the price.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very spacious with good facilities. Pool area is excellent but floor become extremely hot . Need more shade

The facilities were fine and the service was good, but the cleaning was awful. You'd find hair, other odd things, and makeup left by the previous guest. They even moved us to a different room a second time, and it still wasn't clean. It was dusty, the glasses were dirty and stained, and the faucet didn't work. It was a terrible experience because that's why I wanted to go to a good hotel—to avoid cleaning problems.
