🇪🇸 Seville | Hotel Giralda Center After exploring sun-drenched Andalusia, coming back to the hotel for a dip in the rooftop pool is incredibly therapeutic! ✨ The hotel boasts new facilities, spacious rooms, and a quiet, non-noisy neighborhood. In the lobby, there's refreshing iced lemon-orange water, and the top-floor pool offers city views. Enjoying a drink on the terrace at sunset creates a fantastic ambiance. Little tip: It's not right in the heart of the old town. Although it's close to Plaza de España and the Alcázar of Seville, you'll only reach the back side. You'll need to walk an extra ten minutes or so to get to the main entrance of these core historical sites.

The hotel is a bit far from the Flamenco Museum area, but not too far from Plaza de España. There's a mas&go supermarket nearby, so keep an eye on its closing hours. I recommend the 'Orange in the Sky' souvenir shop in Seville; it's really interesting.

Conclusion: Can recommend. Cons: 1. The location is a bit far from the city center, especially from the areas with good food. However, Seville isn't very big overall, so it's walkable! 2. The duvet cover and duvet separated, so the cover kept coming off while sleeping. You could tell the bedding wasn't great. If you're a bit of a clean freak, consider bringing disposable sheets and duvet covers. Pros: 1. Great value for money, and the room was very spacious! The facilities were excellent. 2. Pros: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided, and the breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The elevator didn't require a key card to operate, which felt like a security lapse. There were no tissue boxes in the room; after several calls, they sent small individual packs of tissues. Also, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The worst aspect was the cleanliness – there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. When I brought it up with the front desk, they just looked blankly at me and didn't offer any solutions or apologies. Location: It's about an 18-minute walk to Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, and roughly a 12-minute walk to Plaza de España (assuming 'Spanish Cathedral' meant Plaza de España). A popular Korean restaurant is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting to Plaza de Armas bus station by taxi takes around 12 minutes.

This hotel in Seville offers great value for money. The room facilities are excellent, and I particularly liked that the toilet and shower are separate. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a decent size, perfect for a swim and sunbathing – very relaxing! You can also order pizzas and drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to Plaza de España, and a bit further, around 15-18 minutes, to the Royal Alcázar and the Cathedral. The surrounding area is residential, so you'll need to walk a bit further to find restaurants and cafes, but everything is within walking distance. Overall, it's a fantastic place and highly recommended!
