This hotel definitely deserves a special shout-out! My experience was fantastic right from check-in. For those who enjoy culinary experiences, I highly recommend checking out their 'one night, two meals' package. I loved the ice cream with nachos at the ground floor cafe. The evening snacks and breakfast on the second floor were also delicious. While it might not have the extensive variety of a typical star-rated hotel buffet, it offers a great chance to try various local snacks. Every single braised meat, minced pork, and topping was incredibly flavorful, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a rice cooker so you could serve yourself hot rice. You could really tell that the restaurant staff and managers were genuinely dedicated to service and food quality, constantly moving around and attending to guests. The room was spotless, and the lighting was much brighter than what you'd typically find in comparable hotels. The bathroom was also more spacious. The only minor drawback was a gap of about 1cm under the room door, which made me think the soundproofing might not be great. However, I wasn't disturbed by any noise from outside during my stay.

The room is clean and spacious, facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the train station though. Since it’s converted from an old commercial building, you have to climb about 10 steps through the mall to get up to the hotel, not the most convenient if you’ve got big luggage. Also, at night some of the mall doors get locked, so you might need to ask security how to get in, which is a bit of a hassle. Overall, it’s more suitable for business travelers than leisure ones.

The hotel is in a good location, easy to find, and the rooms are clean. The staff were very enthusiastic and even helped us order food from outside. The only downside was the lack of disposable toiletries like toothbrushes or combs.

We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a fantastic experience overall. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed our check-in with impressive efficiency. Our room was remarkably spacious and spotless, featuring a modern aesthetic and a bed that offered excellent sleep quality. One of the major highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh local and international options. The location is perfect for exploring the city center on foot, with several great cafes nearby. My only minor complaint was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the evenings, but it didn’t detract from our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the MRT exit. To reach the elevator on the first floor, you have to go up a few steps, and the front desk is on the 5th floor. There's a paid washing machine and a dryer on the first floor, one of each. The room was clean and bright with an outside window and a small fridge. The value for money was pretty good.

I stayed there for 3 nights during Twice’s concert. They gave us some snack and refreshments on the concert night🥰 What they can improve is sanity issue. It would be better if the trash can next to the toilet has a lit to keep the gerns inside since there is no handheld bidet. Also the entrance is not noticeable at night. The hotel’s sight is noticeable at day time, but at night there is no light shined on the sign. It’s better if guests arrive at day time. The room size is big. There are snacks, coffee and tea at the common area for free. Free drinking water, hot water, towels, every necessity for a night stay.

Room was really nice. Common areas are also really good, and they offer free breakfast which is the best part. Close to a metro station and next to a big mall, it is located in a really convenient spot.

Everything was good during my stay in this hotel. The lighting of the room was a bit too dim for me, but it wasn't a problem during the day as there was plenty of sunlight from the window. What I like about is that they put a coffee table and an armchair by the window, making it quite enjoyable to do some reading during the day. The location is a okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the closest MRT station. The way to the station was clear and had a variety of local shops to explore.

I was originally planning to stay for five nights, but my flight was changed two days later due to a typhoon. When I contacted the hotel, they said that my reservation would not be canceled and that they would keep the room for me. I emailed them in English to inquire about this, and received a reply in Japanese, which made me feel very relieved. The room, shower, and toilet were all very clean. There was no smell of cigarettes at all. There are many restaurants nearby.

Clean and hygienic, with fully automated check-in/check-out. It felt very welcoming. Breakfast was served in a sunlit room with a great variety of food. Although it's surrounded by older shops, it has a charming vibe, like a new building in an old district. The transportation is very convenient, and it truly felt like a safe place to stay. Loved it! The fact that there's a rock climbing gym or park just a ten-minute walk away is a fantastic bonus.
