We were extremely impressed with our stay at this hotel! We absolutely loved the unlimited snacks available throughout the day, including coffee, tea, junk foods, and especially the ice cream. Kindness Hotel Kaohsiung is amazing! The rooms are very clean, and the location is incredibly convenient for traveling around. Most importantly, the staff are so lovely, friendly, and always welcoming with bright smiles. Highly recommended!

Staff can speak english, not all of them but most. Our room is clean and surprisingly spacious. The rate also is relatively cheaper compared to hotels in Taipei. On our second day, the staff allowed us to bring food into our room from the breakfast buffet because one of our family member was not able to go down yet because her baby was still sleeping. After we checked out, they allowed us to leave our luggage since our flight was for late afternoon. Their efforts in accommodating our needs despite the language barrier is something that we deeply appreciate.

Excellent location, convenient for getting around everywhere. The metro station is super close, and the Taiwan Railways station is also easily accessible, making it the best choice for exploring Kaohsiung and its surroundings. The breakfast spread is abundant, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

Pros: The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable wash. A special shout-out to the free, unlimited ice cream in the common lounge area – it was delicious! Cons: The room was a bit small, making it a little difficult to open my suitcase. The breakfast looked plentiful, but there wasn't actually much worth eating.
