Harbour 10 Hotel

The hotel location is unbeatable - it is located right beside the Love River with beautiful and relax view. There is a 7-11 is right next to the hotel which makes my stay easier. I enjoy the hotel overall, however there is an odd smell when I stepped right into the lobby and the smell remained constantly during my entire stay. Luckily the room smells fresh. I like the hotel and highly recommend to others and will come back if I visit KH again.

Rooms are clean and spacious, nice view of the river, decent breakfast, convenient location. Definitely worthy of the price!

Nice property which has a nice 5 star vibe and has a nice design and the value for money was good. The hot water is a bit weird and takes a while to work. The staff are really nice but their policies are a bit weird. They sent me to the lobby to pay for breakfast before I could eat which was annoying and they also questioned me because I only returned one room key (I left one in the power slot) so they made me wait whilst someone checked. Early in the morning a whole wedding party was on my floor with room doors open making a lot of noise and taking photos in the corridor. It wasn't a bad stay but I'll stay somewhere else next time I visit. Maybe stick to chain hotel as they seem to operate with common sense and don't inconvenience their guests with strange rules and procedures. I notice it in most smaller independent hotels in Taiwan.

Service is not good enough, and the smell at the stairs and lobby is bad. Location is good but facility is so so. Breakfast is ok.

We stayed 5 days in Taichung for our pre-wedding shoot, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a 10-minute walk to Wernar Wedding, and everything else we wanted to explore was nearby. Morning strolls to Third Market for breakfast, a sweet stop at Miyahara for ice cream, a fun baking session at the Sun Cake Museum, and night walks to Yizhong Market for food. Loved how walkable everything was! The only bad thing is that there is not enough space to open luggage.

Room was spacious, sleek interior, and has a great view of the river. The TV is dated as we couldn’t use the Netflix and YouTube will lag and the sound and picture quality was not very good. The room sound proofing was not the best so pray that you have good neighbors during your stay. The Air-conditioner was hard to adjust. Overall, this felt like a wasted opportunity to be the one of the best hotels in the city as the hotel was located in a scenic area and looks nice.
