you can see the smoke in the hallway😷 the room is clean and with an exhaust fan but the cigarette smoke smell is still very strong. I booked a non~smoking room but there was an ash tray on the table so it was not really a non smoking room. I wore a mask to sleep😷😷😷

The only five-star hotel in Taiyuan's North District. Although the facilities are not the newest, the sanitary conditions are good. The rooms facing the road are also very quiet. The sound of firecrackers during the Chinese New Year is not too obvious. In the summer, you can take a walk in the lawn area behind the hotel. There is a Dazhanggui Restaurant next to it. It is three kilometers away from Wanda Plaza and is convenient for shopping and dining. The room attendant Gai Xiaodang and Fu Honghong gave me millet porridge and the restaurant waiter Mile gave me a small gift. I was very satisfied with the whole stay. Recommended!

Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. The hotel is very new, with well-equipped rooms and a simple yet elegant decor. It's exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is extensive, featuring both Western and Chinese options, as well as local Shanxi specialties. The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully upgraded my room. Everything was thoroughly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose the Nanzhonghuan Intercity Hotel again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

The thoughtful touches like the 'Cozy Teahouse - Afternoon Tea Time' (including a pot of tea) and the coffee were much appreciated.
We also enjoyed the 'Immersive Experience: Journey through a Jin Merchant Mansion with Free Young Mistress Attire'.
Plus, there's a very friendly cat named 'Facai' in the hotel lobby!

We didn't have to worry about traffic. The driver's master was thoughtful and punctual, which was too worry-free. Super surprise when checking in, we directly upgraded the room, the front desk lady is more careful and warm, take the initiative to help the ID card cover protection cover, see that we have a lot of luggage and also intimate help, the details are all gentle.
The room environment is particularly good, the whole house is very convenient for intelligent control, it is very warm to live in in winter, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The hotel also prepared drinks such as Coke, Sprite and good quality mineral water. There is no need to buy extra, so intimate!
