I've stayed here twice now. The hotel's location is decent, not too far from Maoye Tiandi. The soundproofing isn't great, but most hotels these days are pretty much the same in that regard. The breakfast included with the stay is a nice bonus, and there's a good variety of options.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling commercial district close to the airport and high-speed rail station. The breakfast selection offered at the hotel was both varied and delicious. I appreciate the outstanding service provided by the young lady who assisted me with the check-in process; she is very kind, professional, and efficient. One minor suggestion is regarding the bathroom door. While the partially etched glass door is not necessarily a problem, a frosted glass door would provide more privacy for guests. Overall, I had a great stay at the Ibis Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here for several days on a business trip. The environment is very nice, there is a parking lot for easy parking, the room size is just right, the sanitary environment is very good, the service is also very good, and the breakfast is very rich. Parking is convenient, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. The hotel is very new, with well-equipped rooms and a simple yet elegant decor. It's exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is extensive, featuring both Western and Chinese options, as well as local Shanxi specialties. The front desk service was excellent; they thoughtfully upgraded my room. Everything was thoroughly satisfying, and I'll definitely choose the Nanzhonghuan Intercity Hotel again on my next visit to Taiyuan.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Wutong Apartment Hotel for a business trip, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the facilities were well-equipped. The cleaning staff were also very welcoming. What's particularly worth recommending is their breakfast, which truly lives up to its reputation as a 'breakfast ceiling' online. Having traveled to many cities, I can confidently say their breakfast surpasses the standards of five-star hotels in first-tier cities. The quality of the steak and salmon, as well as the cooking, were excellent. Various Chinese stir-fries tasted as good as those ordered à la carte in restaurants, and there was a wide array of local delicacies. The lamb soup with aged tofu was a perfect combination. And the desserts, oh the desserts, were outstanding! The ingredients were high-quality, and both their appearance and taste were superb – highly recommended. The only minor drawback was the average service. The rather short restaurant manager had an incredibly loud voice, like a lady shouting in a wet market, constantly directing staff loudly, which unfortunately lowered the hotel's overall ambiance. Despite that, it's still highly recommended overall!

Ffv_liuThe hotel's location is excellent, very close to the snack street, Bell Tower shopping area, and Liuxiang commercial district, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The Jin Merchants Museum (former Governor's Mansion) is also within walking distance of the hotel.
The thoughtful touches like the 'Cozy Teahouse - Afternoon Tea Time' (including a pot of tea) and the coffee were much appreciated.
We also enjoyed the 'Immersive Experience: Journey through a Jin Merchant Mansion with Free Young Mistress Attire'.
Plus, there's a very friendly cat named 'Facai' in the hotel lobby!

AAnonymous UserSuper satisfied with a Taiyuan stay experience! Just after getting off the plane, there was a hotel car pick-up, and the next day we returned to Taiyuan South Station. We didn't have to worry about traffic. The driver's master was thoughtful and punctual, which was too worry-free. Super surprise when checking in, we directly upgraded the room, the front desk lady is more careful and warm, take the initiative to help the ID card cover protection cover, see that we have a lot of luggage and also intimate help, the details are all gentle.
The room environment is particularly good, the whole house is very convenient for intelligent control, it is very warm to live in in winter, the bed is soft and comfortable, and the sleep is particularly fragrant. The hotel also prepared drinks such as Coke, Sprite and good quality mineral water. There is no need to buy extra, so intimate! The overall experience is full, and I will definitely choose this one next time I come to Taiyuan!

The tall girl at the front desk was not only beautiful but also very kind, providing me with a travel guide and useful tips. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it even had smart home features. Even though I only stayed one night, I had an excellent experience!
