Zhanghe Hotel(Taiyuan Liuxiang Bell Tower Street Store)

The hotel room was clean and well-maintained, with complete facilities. The front desk service was excellent, and the location was convenient. It's close to Liuxiang, the Bell and Drum Tower, and Causeway Bay street, and right next to the Jin merchants Museum. The Shanxi Museum is also only about 5 kilometers away. Highly recommended! 👍

The stay was excellent. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of Bell Tower Street. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip! They also provide a 'peace of mind' kit which you can take with you – it's a nice touch for hygiene and a clever way to promote the hotel.

The hotel's location is really convenient. It's within walking distance of the Bell Tower Pedestrian Street, Liuxiang, Causeway Bay, and the Jinshang Museum, making it super easy to get around. The hotel facilities and service are excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming, check-in was quick, and they even provided a 'comfort pack'.

This is an old hotel with very outdated facilities. There's no heating during the day, and the AC temperature can't be adjusted – it just goes from 21°C to 23°C and back down to 21°C after being turned on, so the room is cold. Plus, there were a bunch of issues like the door lock alarm going off. What's really odd is that at check-in, the front desk gives you towels, and you have to carry two bags of them up to your room yourself. Anyone with specific accommodation requirements should definitely think twice before staying here.

The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptional – every nook and cranny was spotless, which was very reassuring. The location is also fantastic; after visiting the clinic, it was convenient to stroll along Liuxiang and Zhonglou Street. All the staff were so welcoming and promptly helped with any small requests, which was incredibly thoughtful. The zero-pressure mattress was super soft and didn't bother me at all, allowing me to get a good night's rest. As a result, I had plenty of energy to spend with my child the next day. The facilities are quite new overall, and I really can't find anything to fault. Highly recommended!

The family suite is well-designed with fantastic south-easterly natural light. It has two large beds, two bathrooms, and even a bathtub – a truly excellent stay! Parking at the nearby Jinshang Museum is very convenient, and you can even visit the Governor's Mansion while you're there.

The hotel's location is excellent, with Willow Lane, the Drum Tower, and the Shanxi Merchants Museum all within walking distance. The room type we booked was incredibly spacious, a suite with an inner and outer living area, two bathrooms, and a bathtub. Being on a high floor, the views were expansive, and the streetscape at night was beautiful. Parking requires using the Shanxi Merchants Museum parking lot, which is over 300 meters from the hotel. My family loved this large room, and we hope to visit again if we have the chance.

The hotel's location is pretty good, but the only downside is that the parking lot is a bit far... It's quite close to the pedestrian street though. The hotel breakfast? Eh, it was just okay. The room was clean, so I'm pretty satisfied overall!

The staff were incredibly warm and enthusiastic; they promptly responded to all our requests and even upgraded our room for free. The room itself wasn't cold at all. Plus, the breakfast was exceptionally good. They also provided a 'peace of mind' kit, which included a nice small towel.
