新開業的酒店，硬件設施很新，樓層較高房間寬敞，衞生做的也不錯，服務一般中規中矩 臨近5月，太原最高温度已經32度 這麼大的酒店居然不開空調，客房又幹又熱，室內温度30度，沒有加濕器，問就是整個酒店都沒開，這麼大的酒店空調不能製冷，又悶又熱

房間衞生不錯，衹是33℃的天氣房間沒有空調，晚上房間的室內温度最低的時候也要28℃，着實熱的受不了！很可惜，好的酒店設施成了擺設，沒有給於住店客人很好的服務，希望酒店領導能切實為客人着想！服務行業，取勝的法寶便是時刻站在客人角度，為客人所想，給於住店客人優質的服務。一個快捷酒店也能辦到事情，希望你們酒店也能做到！

環境不錯，裝修也很新。從舒適大床房升級到高級大床房，房間寬敞，因給的房間窗户朝西，曬的很熱，空調製冷可能有問題，一直開着都降不下温來。房間缺一個沙發（看網站平台的照片上有沙發），抽紙質量不好（一碰水就粘手上了），住了兩天，衞生間的藤框都有塑料袋殘餘，房間配件兩天都有不全（第一天沒有梳子，第二天沒有浴帽和咖啡和茶等）。不知是不是剛裝修的原因，樓層走廊還是有味道。早餐很豐富，品質可以再提高（比如，山葯，包子等蒸的時間過久）。
