The room was exactly like in the pictures — stylish, clean, and cozy. I especially appreciated the complimentary soda drinks and the spacious, comfortable bathtub — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast was a real highlight! Great Location, Some Communication Hurdles The location is very good, within easy walking distance to Zhongjie (中街), which is a major plus. The room was in good order, and the cleaning lady deserves special mention—she was very friendly, helpful, and did her job perfectly. However, the check-in process was a bit confusing. Communication was arranged via WeChat beforehand, but responses were not very responsive. This process seems more suited to locals who can easily make direct phone calls to sort things out, and it may not be the most foreigner-friendly experience. Overall, a good stay thanks to the prime location and excellent cleaning service, but be prepared for some communication challenges during arrival.

Wonderful three night stay, really enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, lots of selection and quality very good. Room was especially nice, very roomy and modern and feng shui in room very good, shower in room was spectacular, gym well-equipped with latest generation machines. Huge shopping connected to hotel building with many floors, including a food court and also medium to high end restaurants and also a supermarket so very convenient location. Sylvia and Ivy at the front desk were very warm and pleasant during check-out, would stay here again if ever back in Shenyang.

This is the best hotel I stay in Shenyang. The room is clean and big with outdoor hot spring. At first I thought I only have 1 day resort ticket. Surprisingly, I was told everyday I stay at the hotel, I am free to go to the resort to relax and enjoy myself. The breakfast is very good and with wide spread. Only negative point is that it is far from my room. Will be back again.

5/5 Location wise, you couldn't find a more perfect homestay. Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more. An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

The concierge (Xiao Na) was very helpful. Rooms are clean but great. Near subway station and major tourist spots. Room is quiet.

It's a newly opened hotel, and it looks average from the outside, but the environment is good, it's close to the Forbidden City Middle Street, and the transportation is convenient nearby. The newly opened hotel has some minor problems, such as only disposable slippers and no slippers for the bathroom. The overall experience is good
