Shangri-La Shenyang

Trip.com upgraded us to a suite. The room was well-maintained, the sound system was excellent, and the pool and spa were top-notch. The service was also very attentive. Breakfast finished a bit early at 10 AM, but hotels in Northeast China generally don't serve it much later.

My elderly parents stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel while visiting the poetry and painting exhibition at the Liaoning Provincial Museum. They found it very cozy ☺️ and the breakfast was fantastic 👍. It's also conveniently located right across from Youth Park. Really good, they'll definitely come again~

Excellent stay! The room was very comfortable and warm, with a great view. The gym was large and clean. Service was top-notch, from the front desk to the staff at the evening buffet and breakfast – everyone was incredibly polite and welcoming, which made for a very pleasant experience. Special shoutout to Sariel, who was particularly kind and enthusiastic. Overall, I was very satisfied with this business trip and will definitely stay here again next time.

For this trip, I once again chose Shangri-La Shenyang. Kitty from Guest Relations noticed my booking in advance and arranged my room, following up on my check-in, which made me feel really warm inside. The breakfast set was nutritious and quick, the room was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the view outside the window was absolutely stunning. The service staff were always available when called and had incredibly nice attitudes. I had a super comfortable and peaceful stay!

Overall, a fantastic experience! The moment I walked in, I felt incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and bright, with excellent soundproofing, allowing me to get a really good rest. Selina from Guest Relations was so gentle and thoughtful; her attention to detail made my stay feel both secure and incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend it! The breakfast was quite good. The service standards were excellent. The gym was very spacious. The swimming pool's water temperature and quality were great. You should definitely try the Japanese restaurant on the 30th floor. I recommend staying here without hesitation. The first round of Minibar goodies, welcome fruits, and snacks also added to the lovely ambiance.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC shopping mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The environment is also very pleasant. Selina provided fantastic service, constantly checking if I needed any assistance. The late check-out service was a thoughtful touch.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

This Shangri-La, like all of them across the country, maintains an incredibly high standard of service. Dania and Amy were exceptionally attentive and took care of every little detail. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast at the executive lounge was absolutely delicious. Shangri-La truly is a guarantee of quality.

Shangri-La, as always, was excellent. The bedding was comfortable, the lighting was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities; Vientiane City and Youth Park are just across the road. Kitty from Guest Relations was incredibly responsive and followed up on all my service requests throughout my stay. I even got a late check-out due to my travel plans. I highly recommend staying here! 😊
