Shangri-La Shenyang

The Shangri-La Hotel Shenyang is truly a five-star hotel; it's high-end, elegant, and boasts complete and exquisite facilities. The location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere, and despite being in the city center, it's peaceful and quiet. The service attitude is great, and they cater to guests' needs. I would definitely choose the Shangri-La Hotel again if I have the chance.

An older hotel, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk and service staff are all very warm and attentive. The hotel has an excellent location; MixC Mall is right across the street, making dining and shopping very convenient, and it's not far from the attractions either.

The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right across from the upscale MixC shopping mall, connected by an underground passage, making dining and shopping very convenient. The Line 2 subway station is also just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel has its own underground parking, which is free, a great plus for those traveling by car. The hotel is clean, and the front desk and bell staff are warm and attentive. My only feedback is that the breakfast quality doesn't quite match the price, and I hope this can be improved.

The hotel is directly opposite Youth Park, offering expansive views. It's surrounded by a bustling commercial area, so dining and entertainment options are abundant. The front desk service was incredibly attentive and detailed. The room itself was spacious, bright, and very quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing.

The location is great, right across from Youth Park, offering a beautiful green view perfect for a stroll. An underground passage connects to MixC and Kerry Center, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The service is excellent; as a registered member, I received two complimentary drinks at the lobby bar. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the gym had plenty of equipment. Overall, a very pleasant stay! 👍

This is my second time in Shenyang, and I stayed at the Shangri-La this time. I had to wait about 40 minutes to check in, but the front desk lady and the duty manager handled it promptly. They even gave me a small gift when I checked out, and the cleaning lady was also very friendly. It was a decent stay, nothing extraordinary, but I'd recommend it.

The hotel is in a prime location, conveniently located across from MixC. Overall, it met my expectations. I booked an executive floor room for this trip, and I must particularly commend the semi-buffet breakfast at the lounge – the bagels 🥯 were outstanding and truly impressed me. My child especially enjoyed the shrimp served in the evening. It would be even better if there was a wine list.

The room facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. It's very close to tourist attractions by taxi. The butler service was also very enthusiastic. Across the street is MixC Mall, with plenty of food and shopping options. It's highly recommended, and they even gave us a gift when we checked out.
