The place is right by a main street so it can be a bit noisy for light sleepers. The closest subway station is about 1km away so can be a bit far for some but there's a bus station just 300 meters away and didi can meet you right downstairs. Many shops and restaurants around. Front desk is friendly.

The room is super clean, the electric curtains, lighting, mattress and pillows are great, the free bottled water and drinks are great, and the laundry room on the 20th floor is very convenient. The service attitude of the lady and brother at the front desk is super good. They also have a small keychain for the National Day. I am very happy. It is worth staying again when visiting Shenyang.

The transportation is very convenient. It is only a few minutes' walk from Exit A of Taiyuan Street Station on Metro Line 1 and Line 4. There are also many buses downstairs of the hotel, making it very convenient to go anywhere. You can see Shenyang Station downstairs of the hotel. The room is quite big, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a smart toilet. I booked a triple room, but found that there were only two sets of dressing gowns. I called the front desk and they sent another set. They also sent a few more bottles of water, and told me that if there was not enough water, I could just ask the front desk for more. When we checked out, we were also asked to take a few bottles of water to drink on the way. The service attitude of the front desk and cleaning lady is excellent.

During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient.
The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays.
The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good.
This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future.

We stayed with our child, and the location was convenient. The service was excellent, truly reflecting 5-star hotel standards: they contacted us before check-in, inquired about our needs, prepared the room in advance, and arranged children's amenities. The room was spotlessly clean. It's truly rare to find a hotel that maintains genuine 5-star cleaning standards, especially when many other star-rated hotels are cutting corners to save on housekeeping costs. The bedding quality was excellent, with all pillows being down — no synthetic or memory foam options in sight. A swimming pool was available.
The only drawback was noise from the elevator shafts. With six elevators operating simultaneously, the noise was significant on higher floors, disrupting sleep. We even had to change rooms in the middle of the night, but we could still hear the sound. This hotel is not suitable for light sleepers. It was apparent that the staff were very accustomed to handling noise complaints, suggesting they are quite frequent. Additionally, breakfast was expensive and not included in the room rate, which was a minor drawback.

An absolutely fantastic hotel with incredible value for money! They were able to push the two twin beds together for us, which was perfect since we were traveling with a child and needed a bigger bed. The staff was incredibly thoughtful; they even warned us about the gap in the middle of the combined beds and proactively brought up two extra duvets. The room was super new, and the massive windows made it a lovely sun-drenched space. The front desk staff were also very nice!

The service staff of Atour hotel in Shenyang are very warm and friendly, especially the aunties who are in charge of the laundry room. I must say Atour brings self laundry to a whole new level. It is free, there are enought washers and dryers, they even provide free service of bringing your washed and dried laundry to your room! If only other hotels in Asia provide this service! The room we got was very spacious and clean, there is enough space in the room for 3 large luggages and still enough space to walk around.

The room was perfect in every way. The owner was incredibly kind; when I couldn't find my seat, he waited for me downstairs for over an hour with great patience. If I had any questions, I could just ask him. The best part was that the TV Tower night market was right downstairs, making it easy to travel with elderly people and children. The famous Old Four Seasons Hotel was right across the street, and at night you could see a large part of Shenyang's night view. This was the best apartment I stayed in, and my child loved it.
I'll definitely come back next time.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

GGuest UserI stayed at the Conrad Shenyang for two nights, then left and returned for another two nights. The overall experience was fantastic, truly living up to its reputation as the 'ceiling' (top tier) of Conrads in China.
The room offered excellent views; the Hang Lung building stands out in the city center, providing a very expansive urban landscape. Watching the sunrise and sunset every day was a real treat. This time, I experienced the mint green themed room, which was quite unique and visually pleasing. The hardware is well-maintained, and the details feel high-quality. The location in the city center makes getting around and dining convenient, yet the hotel remains remarkably quiet inside, which is a big plus.
The service was consistently good, with all requests handled promptly. I'd like to specifically commend Manager Robert Liu; he was a pleasure to communicate with, handled things reliably, and provided very polished, friendly service that was attentive without being overbearing. He was responsive to guest needs and even offered many niche but authentic travel recommendations from a local perspective.
Overall, the Conrad Shenyang is a high-end hotel that's a safe bet and worth revisiting. Next time I'm in Shenyang for a spa day (rubbing bath), I'll definitely prioritize staying here for a night or two again!

We drove, and while there are many free street parking spaces, they are incredibly difficult to find. Alternatively, there's an underground parking lot in the mall downstairs, which costs 5 yuan per hour with no daily maximum charge.
The hotel was very clean, and the front desk was quick to respond to any requests. However, the bathroom being located upstairs was a bit inconvenient for quick tasks like washing hands or fruit after coming back from outside. Additionally, the bathroom had a noticeable and unpleasant sewage smell.

Facilities: Well-equipped. The hotel seems to be affiliated with E-stay, which exceeded my expectations.
Service: Excellent service. My room was upgraded, and I received complimentary drinks and snacks daily. The free buffet dinner was quite mediocre though, not as good as the breakfast.

The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

GGuest UserThe waitstaff at Breeze Restaurant were absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was delicious, and the à la carte dishes for lunch were excellent too. My child was being mischievous and misplaced a phone stand. The entire staff helped us search through trash cans multiple times, which was incredibly touching! We finally found it by the corner of a table. Northeasterners are truly honest and down-to-earth, thumbs up! 👍 We stayed for 2 days and were extremely satisfied.

Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more.
An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

DDupiSpent New Year's Eve in Shenyang with my family, and this hotel was perfectly located right next to Zhongjie. It's just a three-minute walk from the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of dining options nearby, including some famous old establishments, and many attractions are within walking distance. All in all, for anyone wanting to stay near Zhongjie and explore the surrounding sights, this hotel is highly recommended and left us very satisfied. It's definitely a much better choice than those ridiculously overpriced, run-down chain hotels.

GGuest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
