The hotel how far away from Metra station . The staff were friendly and supportive, which made the stay pleasant. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not hygienic, and the breakfast was not good. I hope the hotel improves the cleanliness and food quality.

The overall environment was clean, but the room was too small, not suitable for those with a lot of luggage. Also, online bookings can only check in after 8:30 PM, which is quite late. Something to consider when booking.

Location was quite convenient, room size is big enough, water pressure is good, bed was comfortable.

Friendly front desk, clean and adequately sized room. I also made good use of the luggage storage service. I'm very satisfied. It was a bit far from the city's main tourist attractions, so I had to take a bus, but other than that, everything was great. I had a good rest ^^

My first time staying in a backpacker-style solo hotel. The location is convenient, but a 10 am checkout is a bit too early for me. The centralized air-conditioning is also too cold for me. The room price is slightly above average, especially compared to other places I booked that offered bigger rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. When I told them I had made the wrong booking, they assisted me, and I eventually decided to stay with my original reservation. For the shared bathroom, I feel the cubicles should have bidet spray installed. I’m also not used to walking in and out just to use the toilet and having to lock and unlock the door each time. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for me. Sunday was fine, but on Monday and Tuesday, it was all bread, which I couldn’t eat. It would be better if the canteen could at least offer items like eggs, vegetables, peanuts, etc. Overall, still a good experience.

For this price, the room is quite large and clean, only slightly more expensive than a backpacker's hostel or capsule hotel. The hourly rate makes it ideal for backpackers. The room had no smoke or other odors. The bathtub and bidet toilet were a big plus, the water temperature was consistent, and the air conditioning was very comfortable. Self-check-in was simple and easy to use. It's very close to Nanya Night Market, with many 24-hour food options. There are also bus stops nearby, and it's not far from Banqiao Railway Station. It's a quiet place in a bustling area, highly recommended for the price. There's also WiFi and plenty of charging stations.

The advantages are its proximity to the MRT station and bus stops, and the availability of convenience stores and McDonald's nearby. The rooms are generally small, with a small bathtub resembling a hot spring bath. The elevators and hallways appear somewhat old, suggesting the building has undergone renovations. The disadvantages are that some rooms have a lingering cigarette smell due to guests being accommodated, and there are burnt cigarette butt marks on the wooden tables and chairs.

I booked another hotel twice online, but said that there is no room, but thanks to Trip’s customer service for calling quickly, the good service handled the matter and made up for the hotel’s management mistakes. Let me rebook to the beautiful palace, the staff at the counter have a good attitude, the room type ordered is clean and comfortable to use.

Highly recommend this hotel in Osaka, convenient location with fair price, just 3 mins walk distances to station K14, supermarket, convenience store, dollar shop and laundry are all around, the staff also friendly and able to communicate in English and Mandarin, my family enjoy this Osaka trip very much, thanks !
