The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich. However, the location is a bit far from the city center, and the kids' facilities are a bit dated. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, offered great value for money, and had a pleasant view.

The bathroom facilities are great, especially the bathtub and the jetted tub with a seat! It was very comfortable. The room is spacious, and the bed is large enough for four people. We'll definitely come back next time. It would be even better if there was a microwave and some basic cutlery in the room.

Room is very spacious with free mini bar. Very family friendly, with a lot of facilities for kids. Went as a couple, you’ll get some peace at the spa as it’s only available for age 12 and up. Cleanliness can be improved. Elevators are shared among staffs and guest, could take a very long while to wait.
