"Our stay at Hotel Kreuz&Post was amazing! It’s just opposite to the train station with less than 1min walk. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a great view of Grindelwald. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was perfect for exploring the area, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Highly recommend."

"The location is great - about 8mins walk from train station , 9mins walk to supermarket. You can get the best view from just the balcony in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast option. Enjoyed my entire stay. Would definitely book the same place if I came back again! The only tiny little issue is probably no lift - meaning have to carry luggage all the way up.😂"

"With my two daughters, totally we are four people, so I booking the Six-persons room. A very big room with two double beds. Amazing mountain-view, everything is wonderful. What's more, the boss is very nice, as well as the staffs. Will come again."

"Grindelwald itself is fantastic, so any accommodation would be great, but everything was spotless, as if I had moved into a new home. And the bidet, which I experienced for the first time in my new accommodation, further enhanced the quality. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was heartfelt. However, six hours after I checked out, I still had no word on the cancellation of my 100 franc card deposit, which was a shame."

"The family room is quite a good size for 2 adults and 2 teens. It is very cozy and clean. Our room is facing the front and temporary reception area and we can see the Alps clearly. There is a big pigeon hole style cabinet which we can use to place our stuff. The room is organised and not cramped due to this. Breakfast is good enough for us. There is a microwave oven in the Breakfast lounge where you can heat up food and a kettle (no kettle in the room). The only thing we don't like is the lack of door to the entrance of the shower area. Anyone entering the front door of the room, can see someone showering inside the shower area (if any). We had to remind each other to stay out of that area when we shower.."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Grindelwald. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and train station. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!"

"Great location just 3 mins walk from the train station (Grindelwald Bahnhof) and bus station. Nice and panoramic view from the window. Breakfast was great! The hotel is close to the city, shops, Coop and many other stores. Everything is just in the walking distance and don’t have to walk up the hill. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
