The hotel facilities are good. This time, there was a Chinese-speaking guy at the front desk who was really nice and even upgraded my room.

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel. The mountain view from some rooms was truly amazing, and you could even take your breakfast from the buffet back to your room to enjoy it on the balcony. The bathroom was very modern, the beds super comfortable, and the staff very helpful.

I chose this hotel for my vacation in Switzerland. The corner room was beautiful, with a view of the snow-capped mountains right outside. The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the facilities were excellent. Located in Grindelwald, next to the First Mountain, it's perfect for a drive. The town is worth exploring. At just over 4,000 euros, it's definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

This luxurious little hotel in the most beautiful village at the foot of the Jungfrau is quite nice, with high-end facilities and excellent dinner and breakfast. The lobby and common areas are spacious and comfortable, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the swimming pool and spa facilities are quite impressive.

This hotel is very nice, located halfway up the mountain, quieter and more comfortable than the hotels on the roadside. The room faces the mountain. It has its own parking lot. Breakfast is available until 11 o'clock. There are many varieties and hot food. It is also okay to continue parking after checking out until you finish your afternoon tour. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The room has slippers of good quality, the minibar is free, and there is a gym and spa.

This time we booked a two-bedroom suite, which is actually two rooms at the end of the corridor, with a door installed outside. The room is average. The hotel is located on a hillside. Every time you go out and come back, you have to climb the slope or take the stairs. Older people are cautious. The view from the room is not as expected. Other hotels in front of us block the view. On the last day, we confirmed with the front desk after breakfast that we would check out at 13:00 in the afternoon, but when we returned to the room around 12:30, we found that the door was open and the cleaning staff had piled all our luggage at the door of the room. After we questioned it, they looked indifferent, meaning that the front desk did not inform us. The communication was extremely confusing. This matter was incredible. We complained at the front desk when we checked out, and the feedback was also insincere. The overall experience was not good and it was not worth the price. There are many hotels in Grindelwald, and I believe there are better options at the same price. If you must stay, remember to contact the hotel in advance. You can book a car to pick up and drop off the hotel and the train station when you check in and check out. The hotel is far from the train station, a 10-15 minute walk, and very close to the first mountain cable car, a 5-minute walk
