The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Grindelwald train station, literally a step outside. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Our train from Zurich was cancelled that day, so we arrived very late, but they were still so welcoming and kept our rooms reserved for us. Since we had booked separate rooms, they proactively upgraded us to ensure we wouldn't have to switch rooms later on. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day.

The view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking. room was spacious and well-decorated, toilet and amenities were organised and clean. the hotel staff were very nice as well, they accommodated our request to use the hotel spa on the day after our checkout. Breakfast was of good quality with nice view from the window too. Would recommend!

The Courtyard by Marriott Hotel boasts an excellent location, with spacious and tidy rooms, complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. It's great value for money and a solid choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth a return stay.

I had an excellent stay, the room is tidy and clean and cozy. Very convenient location. The environment is quiet. The staff there are so nice and helpful and friendly. They got great breakfast as well. Highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel has been diligently run by four generations of the same family. The female owner is incredibly attentive to Chinese tourists, which is a big plus! The hotel's location right next to the train station is simply perfect.
