"The hotel's location is pretty good; it's a ten-minute walk to the nearby outlet mall. There's also a bus stop right outside that goes directly to Disney, which is very convenient. The cookies the hotel gave us at check-in were delicious."

"It’s not too far from Disneyland, nor is it too close, so the surroundings are quiet. At night, we can clearly hear the sounds of fireworks. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, which is convenient for quick shopping or meals. The interior/room is clean and well-equipped, so it seems like a comfortable place to stay even for a longer period."

"The hotel is old and the room layout is not very reasonable. Although there are dishes, pots, induction cookers, etc., the sink is very small and the stove work surface is also very small, so you can't actually cook. You can only boil water and heat up pre-prepared dishes. On the contrary, the table is very large, which makes the passage very narrow and there is not enough storage space. The water pressure for showering is very low. It is relatively close to Disneyland, within a 15-minute walk. There are two supermarkets and an IHOP next to it, which is convenient for eating and buying water. The front desk is friendly."

"The location of hotel is not bad, if you take ART bus , only 10 mins and 1 stop to Disneyland park. however, the time is not accuracy. Always is not following the schedule at its app. Crazy for me. If you wanna walk to Disney downtown, you need to spend 20-25 mins but easy to access. Breakfast is the same every morning, no change. Basic food. But good for written down the Kcal for food. 😄 No hot water to be provided even restaurant or room."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"The room environment is super good, the room is super big and very clean. You can choose whether to clean it every day. And my favorite ice room~ It is simply a must-have room for a good life~ It is super close to Disneyland, and it can be reached in ten minutes on foot! The hotel breakfast is also very delicious, and the eggs are super soft. Living here is simply a great happiness in life~ It is super close to the soup shop. Who can resist the temptation of eating a bowl of Vietnamese pho🍜 after coming out of Disneyland!"

"The hotel is right next to Disneyland, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk there, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are OK, and the laundry room is not expensive, which is acceptable. The only drawback is that I couldn't find a place to get drinking water inside and outside the hotel, and finally I got drinking water from a small store next to it (the hotel has an ice machine, but there is no place to get drinking water), which is very uncomfortable for families who come back to rest after a day of playing."

"The facilities are complete, and the rooms are relatively spacious, making it easy to buy vegetables and cook. It's not bad for a family to stay for two days during the trip and take a break."

"The pictures do not lie. Rooms are nice, good size, maids are friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Doesn't have a lot of shady people lurking around. Parking lot is gated and locked at night with keypad entry. Definitely recommend this place. Pricing is reasonable, book online for best prices."

"We loved our room. It was perfect for our family. It has kitchenette. The hotel in totality is really nice. Location going to Disneyland is manageable if you are used to walking for 15 minutes under the heat. But you can use Uber or Lyft or bus. Breakfast is good but would be nice if they have at least two option for meat like bacon and sausage instead of just bacon or sausage. I would highly recommend this hotel."
