Stayed for a day and the overall experience was great except that only one lift was working. So we needed to spend some time to get down to the lobby. Otherwise, all good and will stay again!

Nice staff and spacious, great room fixtures. Strongly recommend for family! Clean full kitchen is always a highlight.

Service was good as expected and location is great, walking distance from the theme parks. But there is some communication problem between trip.com and the hotel. I booked a 2 queen beds bedroom and mentioned in my booking that we are a family of 3. But the hotel said they could not see the info from trip.com and so they only gave us a 1 king bed room. They offered us a rolling bed for free, but that was not exactly what we booked and expected.

Good staff. Pool area was great! Breakfast was plentiful and very good spread. Room was clean. I liked how you’re able to text for any needs.

They were flexible with storing my luggage before check-in. I checked in at 1am after the park closed, and they accommodated me without any problems. The water pressure in the shower was weak, but hot water came out quickly.

Great room not to far from park. Lots of nearby stores and food places. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower for the price and location this is great.
