"The biggest highlight of this hotel is the free shuttle service to and from Disneyland! It drops you off right at the park entrance, so you don't have to wake up early to walk or take a taxi. You can sleep in and head out at your leisure. Even when the park closes late at night, there's a shuttle to pick you up and take you back to the hotel. After a whole day of walking, your feet are probably killing you, so having a shuttle is such a lifesaver! The shuttle drivers are all very friendly, and the service is always on time. The only thing to remember is to check the shuttle schedule in advance so you don't miss the last bus. 🏨 Room & Facilities The room was very clean, and the two large beds were perfect for two adults and two children. There's also a bathtub, which was super relaxing for a soak after a long day. All the basic amenities are provided, including a fridge, microwave, and TV. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were both quick."

"We had an event at the neighboring convention centre so the location was excellent, just 2 mins walk with direct access to its doors. Service was great, and the room was clean and well serviced daily. The hotel restaurants serve until late night with kids eating free so overall it was a great experience. Excellent choice whether you are attending a conference or visiting disney."

"We enjoyed our stay here for 2 days, everything met our expectations. Easy convenience to a gas station right next store and close by the Park. Continental breakfast for Customers Only down play we had was the waffle maker took forever to cook which could cause delays for you. Other than that Great Stay!!!!"

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"

"It was conveniently located less than a 10-minute walk from Disney. The room was clean and we had no problems. There was a coffee maker, microwave, and hair dryer. Shampoo and treatment were provided, but no body soap. (There were two treatments, so that might have been a mistake.) There was bar soap, so it might be for hand washing as well. The shower has a fixed temperature. The water temperature is different in the middle of the night and in the morning. Even when I turned the temperature up to the maximum in the middle of the night, it was still lukewarm. The front desk staff were also helpful and used a translator to explain any English I didn't understand. I arrived around 8:00 AM, but was able to check in."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona."

"I think it's absolutely fantastic! First off, it's pretty close to the park; a taxi ride is only about ten bucks, and walking back after the park closes at night takes just over ten minutes – a real time and effort saver. Secondly, the price is simply amazing. Three nights here cost less than one night at an official hotel. Since official hotels don't offer early entry anymore, it makes sense to save some money. A taxi to Goofy's Kitchen was also ten bucks, so we got to have our first meal in the US and explore the park's hotel! 😂 The official check-in time is 4 PM, but we arrived around 12 PM, and the lady at the front desk checked us in right away – super grateful for that! We got drenched in a downpour and came into a super warm room for a great nap. The fridge in the room works perfectly, and the bed is very comfortable. My room was even next to the ice machine, which was incredibly convenient! There are plenty of outlets in the room, so no worries there. My mom said the pool was great, but I didn't go. Everything was awesome, except for the shower water pressure being a bit low (though the next hotel I stayed at also had low water pressure, is California experiencing a water shortage? 🥹)."

"Breakfast is a very rich American breakfast, clean and hygienic. The room type of the suite is really good and it is spacious. The gym is small and tastes too big. It is not far from Disney. You can go over and go straight to the north without going to the main entrance of Disney. It is about 1.5km. It is quite convenient. Don't look at the positioning on Ctrip, not allowed, it is actually on the side of the road. The front desk is very welcoming, self-service laundry, laundry/mixing 3 knives, on the 2nd floor."

"Conveniently located to Disneyland! Merely 10 minutes walk from the hotel through the Disney town and there you go, Disneyland! Indeed a good neighbourhood Disney hotel! It was 5 mins away from the Pixar Hotel. So it was a good deal! The breakfast was a spread, you may request for a take out boxes too especially if you are all set for the rope drop! The room was large yet coziness for a good night sleep after a tiring day! Book early to avoid disappointment!"
