Location was great but they charged too much for nightly parking for their own guests. They have a coffee machine but no stirrers even though we asked so we have to stir with our own toothbrush.
We also have to ask for new cups everyday we stayed for 4 nights.
No complains about the bed or pillows.
Our parcel arrived 2 days ago but no one call us although they said they will. When we called them they said they didn't receive it. An inefficient postal handling I would say which is annoying.
Will not stay here again since we have paid higher here with only a lower than medium service level.

The location of the hotel is good, next to Disney, you can walk there. Children also like the hotel's water rides. The hotel room is also big and comfortable.

Booked separately in two days, communicated at the front desk and changed to a unified room type (but not up but down...), the room got to the second floor without an elevator 🛗, you have to lift your luggage up by yourself, and the most embarrassing thing is that there is glass on the roof early in the morning Wake up at six o'clock when the sun rises, you need to wear an eye mask! ...... Children can play in the water world, which is not bad. It is a ten-minute walk from Disney, and there is a place to eat opposite. There is also a small supermarket on the first floor of Building 1 of the hotel where you can buy snacks and drinks

The Howard Johnson Anaheim is a solid, affordable option when wanting to stay near the Disneyland Resort. I was impressed by the kind and knowledgeable front desk staff at check-in who provided me with all of the information I would need to get around. The location was excellent as it was just a short walk to the esplanade. My only critical thought the entire trip was that at first glance I thought the carpets and bedding could use an update, but in no way did any of it seem unclean so it was really more of an aesthetic complaint. I plan to stay here again in the future if it is available!

We enjoyed our stay & our walk to disneyland was very fast.
Although our room did have a weird smell when we first arrived, injust left the balcony window open to get freah air for a bit
