"The air conditioning in the room took ages to warm up. The electric heater in the bathroom, however, was a real lifesaver, especially since it had just snowed when we visited. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, but it was so cold that we didn't even dare to try the hot springs. Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this is the only one that charged an extra fee for a room upgrade."

"The hotel environment is exceptionally good. Room facilities: almost everything you need is available, and the hygiene is very well maintained. The sheets and duvet covers were neatly arranged, and bottled water was complimentary. The bathroom is genuinely spacious!
The hotel also provides special children's toilet seats, high chairs, and small stuffed animals.
The service is also excellent; there's a shuttle bus service everywhere you need to go. The internal facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is truly wonderful."
