Hashimi Hotel ★★★
"The location is great inside the old city and view from the top of the hotel are lovely. Free tea or coffee self service available in lounge but no fresh milk but powder alternative. However this is the only positive thing I can write about this hotel after stay here for 2 Night. What do you want from hotels comfortable bed, clean rooms, quiet corridors, a reliable WIFI connection, and other complimentary toiletries? Well you will not get that here. Noise all through out the night and day. You can hear conversation, phones ringing, people running up the stairs and opening/ closing of front door. This places has no soundproofing. Which means you hear everything in the hotel. This resulting in us having everything difficulty falling asleep. The room was not a clean standard and when staff come into clean like which is expected but only cleaning half the room and not locking the room back up. There are no safes in your room so you have to keep everything on you. Also every time I was near or on bed I was continuously feeling itchy. The bed is rock hard with one pillow. They have 2 different WiFi but both however are poor. Always cutting out or unable to connect. Even when connect ever slow. For non-Muslim guests, this means that unmarried couples have to sleep in separate rooms. Which I can respect. The staff were not helpful and come across as rude. Clear preference for cash, which was shown as multiple people were sent to the ATM because of "issues with the credit card". Worst place I have ever stayed, can't recommend. "
Dan Panorama Jerusalem Hotel ★★★★
"The bathroom was not added, it was used before."
Saladin Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"The place was spotless, clean! The personnel at the front desk, specially Mr. Govar, all so friendly and helpful, day or night. The ambiance was amazing! Right on the Via Dolorosa. My wife and I loved and next time in Jerusalem, will definitely stay there. Thank you Saladin Boutique Hotel 🙏"
New Capitol Hotel - Jerusalem ★★★
"Nestled right in the heart of the city yet strategically tucked away on a vibrant street near one of Jerusalem's busiest ancient gates, this hotel offers both convenience and charm. It not only maintains cleanliness standards but also provides delightful buffet breakfast and dinner options. Even though it’s located in a lively part of town, it remains a safe and welcoming place to stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem!"

Choose the Perfect Jerusalem Stay for Your Travel Needs
The American Colony Hotel - Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"I relocated to Jerusalem and stayed at the Colony for about two months. The value for money of this place comes in so many different aspects, not all quantifiable! Historical building close to the Old City, breathing history and culture from every pore as all lodges here over decades. The food is sophisticated but homie, rooms status impeccable every day. And the staff. What a warm family welcome to the city and its social fabric. As a solo traveler I never felt lonely, quite the opposite as everyone willing to genuinely help. For family travelers. I saw the kindness accompanying paying attention to each family member. Magical place immersed in history, a true experience of what Jerusalem is. A HUGE thank you to each and every single one of you"
Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
"What an Amazing stay! Hotel so well kept and so nice, we got upgraded to a suite on the ninth floor. I just wish we had the view towards the Main Street . It’s located in the center of the action. Enjoyed also the spa that is very recommended. Breakfast was delicious with so many options. Will surely return again"
The Inbal Jerusalem
"The swimming pool was dirty there was food all around, glass and straw inside even the towels was not so clean and when I ve tried to inform the guest relation manager she just didn’t care about my opinion!! Terrible relation with clients so disappointed I came to enjoy few days at the pool…"
Theatron Jerusalem Hotel & Spa MGallery Collection
"High value for money, Thank you"
Mamilla Hotel
"We arrived on Friday and it is Shabbat for Jewish People. The hotel have no hot food for dinner from Friday sundown to Saturday all day. Because it is kosher. Breakfast is mainly veggie, salad, cereal, fruit. Egg is being served from Sunday to Thursday. The service in breakfast is below par. People won’t come to refill your coffee unless you flag them down. The service on rooftop restaurant is not good, we waited an hour to get someone to order food and drinks. The location is very good."

Brown Jlm Mamilla, a Member of Brown Hotels
"First the good- location is prime for Jerusalem, close to both historical areas and food/entertainment. That’s about it. Hotel built as an urban hip vibe. Basic design and fixtures interesting. However maintenance has been poor, everything shows wear and tear. Most things working but not so well. Room issues: toilet seat broken, no tissue, lots of scratches. Guests on floor noisy and door/walls thin. Front desk unmanned upon arrival, took 10 minutes until someone showed up. Over three days I saw 4 different people, 100% of time they were on their phones and frequently took a minute or two to respond if I walked up. Not rude, but certainly not welcoming. Breakfast service ok, little fresh fruit like typical Israeli breakfast. I will pass next time."
