"Easy to access location. It is not far from subway station. There are instant noodles, coffee, cereal, milk and bread available. There is 7-eleven nearby which is quite convenient. Point is deducted because there is no customer service available 24/7 and some staffs cannot communicate fluently in English. The air-conditioner in my room was out of order at night time. After I walked down to call the staff who was working remotely. He acknowledged the problem and told me to wait as he would call manager. Then I walked back to my room and waited...and nobody showed up. So I slept without air-conditioner that night 😓😓."

"The location is very convenient, with the subway station right next to the hotel’s main entrance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and 24-hour convenience store just beside the hotel. The room is clean and comes with a large bathtub, which is a nice touch. Thumbs up for the overall experience—I would definitely stay here again if I return to Seoul."

"The only good thing about this place is its convenient location. The subway station is right outside, and the airport shuttle stop is just a 7-minute walk away. However! There were bugs in the room! The toilet was leaking! The showerhead was also leaking! When I used the handheld shower, the main showerhead was dripping. The floor tiles were loose. From the outside, it looks quite upscale, and the front desk staff were very nice. The room was surprisingly spacious, but all these issues were just too annoying!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Amazing Stay! Highly Recommended I had an excellent experience during my stay. The service was truly outstanding and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room for free—from a Deluxe Double Room to a Junior Suite. The view from my room was beautiful, especially overlooking Central Park. The food was another highlight of my stay. There were so many delicious options to choose from—meat, seafood, salads, beer, soju—you name it. Everything I tried was flavorful and fresh. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. I enjoyed the sauna, gym, and swimming pool, all of which were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience. I will definitely book again, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends."

"Fantastic stay and great value! We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very convenient, only 5 minutes from Suyu Station Exit 3. Having an escalator at the exit made it so much easier to manage our heavy bags. Pros: Convenience: Elevator in the building and English-speaking staff who are very welcoming. Room: Clean, comfortable, and features a massive TV with Netflix. Toiletries are provided and replenished daily. Food: The surrounding area is packed with delicious 24-hour eateries. It takes a little time to travel into the main tourist hubs, but for the price and quality, it is definitely worth it. Would stay here again!"

"Hotel Grammos is about 7 mins by walk from Yeoksam station and 2 stations away from COEX. There’s an Olive Young nearby and a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. If you have heavy luggages, I suggest you take Uber to and from the hotel as the station does not have step-free access. Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Water bottles are topped up everyday. Room temperature is ok too and they have an a/c and windows can be opened slightly. Checkout is strictly at 11am, and beyond that, they charge 11k KRW. Photos in the listing are accurate so I’m super happy about that. Will definitely stay again."

"The location was great, right behind the station. Having a 7-Eleven right next door and a supermarket nearby was perfect for enjoying tangerines in the jacuzzi. The heating worked well, and the welcome drink being Kooksoondang Makgeolli was a delightful surprise. Although the wish paper and incense burner were gone, traditional games like Yutnori and Gonggi were still available. The amenities included shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrushes, and disposable toothpaste. There was also a separate foot towel, and plenty of regular towels (6-8 sheets). The herbal tea bag for the jacuzzi had a lovely subtle scent. My only minor complaints were a nail on top of the bathroom towel, a loose power outlet, and while the portable standing TV was a nice touch, there was no remote control. The soundproofing wasn't great; I could often hear the TV, conversations, laughter, and even what was being discussed from the next room. Also, if you opened the jacuzzi window curtain, you had a clear view into the windows of the villa opposite, so it's probably best to keep it closed. Despite these small issues, it was a charming place, and at this price point, I'd say it's worth coming to enjoy at least once."

"I had a very pleasant stay at CS Premier Hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable from check-in to check-out. The lobby and public areas were well-maintained, giving a clean and comfortable atmosphere as soon as I arrived. My room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night — it felt peaceful and relaxing after a long day of travel. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay. The location : with many local restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance. It’s also easy to reach by public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. Overall, CS Premier Hotel is a comfortable and well-managed place that provides great value for money. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again on my next visit."

"Generally I’m very happy with this hotel, but there are a few points that I could be better: - having a full body mirror somewhere would be a solid nice addition - the cleaning service did not always replace my used cups or renew the paper cups provided. On my last day they didn’t even replenish the tea supply which was a pity - the cleaning schedule was very late. I mostly come back to the hotel late at night after 8 pm but once I had to drop my luggage at 3 or 4 pm and it still wasn’t cleaned so I put the please clean up sign on the door (in case they simply missed my room for some reason) when I went back out. When I came back around 7 pm the cleaning lady was still in my room. Otherwise the room and the hotel was perfect. - the bed was the right amount of fluffy and stiff that you don’t sunk in, and the bed cover is nice and fluffy (great during winter) - the room is generally warm, though I’d appreciate better window folds that I can allow some sunshine in - it has bidet in the toilet, and complete toiletries in the shower. I didn’t use the bathtub, it looks nice but a bit awkward positioning outside of the shower so It could be a slippery haphazard - really awesome call to have cables provided for all your charging needs (I wouldn’t have carried my computer charger if I knew they provide it in the room) - easily accessible from the subway, and lots of bus options to go around. Also love that it’s only 10 minutes walk to Hangang (Yanghwa Degyo) for a morning stroll. Oh, and lots of restaurants in the area - massive tv (though I barely used it)"

"The hotal locations is convient,however the lobby is hard to find and the lobby is very small an no staff there because the location of the reception is on 3 floor, the front door is lock no cctv and doorbell, the phone number in Google is invalid, so my friend and me stand outside for 30 minutes under heavy rain,which is a bad experience,but the trip.com staff is very good who help me contact the staff and solve the problem very quick. On the other hand the room is very good,the facilities is clean and new but there is few insect exist."
