"We stayed at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed our experience. The breakfasts were a highlight – all the dishes were delicious and the selection varied daily. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, always on hand to assist with any small issues we had. They gave us tips on where to exchange money in town, arranged our transfer to Ho Chi Minh City, and attentively handled numerous other small requests. I highly recommend booking a room with a mountain view; the valley scenery from there is breathtaking. At night and early in the morning, you'll be serenaded by birdsong and the fresh scent of pine trees."

"Spent two nights in the family room with a friend, the room is really spacious for two people (probably a bit tight for four tho), the bathroom and the shower are big and clean with just a little mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel is quiet, good location and the staff is really nice and helpful, they clean the rooms everyday and it's possible to rent scooters from them, they also kept our luggage after check out. Only complaint would have to be the towels, they're clean but so old and used they have many holes, kind of look like a dog chewed them a lot, I think it might be time for them to get new towels. Extremely good value for the price!!"

"Great experience at Terracotta Hotel, beautiful view of a forest with a lake. May either take a buggy or walk around the area. Everything was splendid aside from the birds walking around at the breakfast area, luckily the food are well covered."

"Hotel Colline Dalat is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dalat Market and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a good variety of delicious choices. Overall, it is a great hotel with good service, a perfect location, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dalat."

"located quite far the city center , take taxi around 30 minutes. it’s surrounded by the lake , you can take the boat to go around the lake with charge. the room is designed with europe style"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction. The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"Breakfast: great! Cleaning: great! Staff: great! Location: great! It's in the forest, and there's a shuttle to Da Lat, but the timing isn't very convenient. Gym: okay. The indoor pool is terrible – it's only 1.2 meters deep, quite cold, and there's no sauna. Well, there *is* a sauna, but it's an extra charge in the spa area. You can rent a motorbike, but it's much more expensive, and it's charged in 4 or 8-hour blocks, then hourly after that."

"This was our first stay here, and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. They even let us check in early and upgraded us to a larger room. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with various flowers, and the panoramic view of Da Lat city is absolutely stunning. We spent both an afternoon and evening just chilling and enjoying the scenery. The room itself is modern and cozy. The soundproofing is quite good, ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel also provides washing and drying machines, which is super convenient for guests. We will definitely be returning here on our next trips because everything was just perfect! ❤️"

"Check in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison."
