Sandals Camellia Hotel

This is a wonderful new hotel with a convenient location. We visited in April, a party of four – a teenager and adult son with their parents – staying in a single room. There was enough space for everyone. The room's windows faced the road. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the night market at most. Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The lady at the reception desk was lovely, efficient, and spoke English pretty well. The room had good quality bedding, three comfortable beds, and excellent amenities in the bathroom and for making tea. The room had an air conditioning system, so there were no issues with heating or cooling. Since there weren't many guests, there was no buffet, but we had a delicious à la carte breakfast with several options, beautifully presented. The spa was great. The masseur, Toan, was attentive, caring, and super professional – the best of all we experienced in Vietnam during our entire trip. If I hadn't been short on time in Dalat, I would definitely have used his services multiple times. The delightful administrator, Vy, does her job exceptionally well. We had a pleasant welcome and friendly interactions. I'm a demanding guest, and I highly recommend this hotel.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean overall, and more spacious than a typical hotel room. It was well-equipped, even featuring a small kitchenette and a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient for anyone staying for more than a couple of days. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, quickly assisting with any issues. The location is also good, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it easy to get around. The overall environment felt relaxing, making it very suitable for business trips or short-term stays. For the price, the value for money is exceptionally high. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The hotel was really good. Plus, we even got a free 30-minute massage for one person and complimentary tea. The only minor drawback was that the TV isn't connected to the internet, so you can't watch YouTube or anything similar.
