One of the most beautiful room stayed in Dalat overlooking greenhouses with moonlight at night, private bathtub and separated shower and toilet. Room with fan and tv facilities just turn on your Netflix or YouTube or local channel. The owner had been very accommodating to prepare nice bed decorations for us and serving delicious breakfast. A welcoming doggy waited for us upon our entry and leaving. Storij had a beautiful Xmas deco during Christmas season. The room was made clean and perfect cozy for our stay! We love it so much at Storij! 🥰😍🥰

Simply the best hotel in Da lat. It’s like staying in a real palace. You can’t ask for more from a hotel here. The hotel grounds so massive and it stands out as a big landmark.

The best hotel in Dalat! The hotel itself is very beautiful as well as outside and inside. The lobby is just wow!, very stylish and once you get there it’s inviting you to sit, relax and have some drinks there! The hotel located in very quite area, so if you are light sleeper like me it’s a perfect choice. Many nice hotels in Dalat are located next to the busy roads and do not have soundproofing (even if they say they have it), so it’s very hard to sleep there. Mercure is soooo quiet! All the rooms located in the villas at the backyard of the hotel ( behind the main building). All villas are designed in the French style, so once you step there it feels like you ve been teleported in the old France, though all the buildings are new. The nice little thing that makes you feel very relaxed is the French music (chanson) playing on the territory. The room was quite big and very nice decorated in the French- indochine style. It made me feel very comfortable like I m not in the hotel, but in my granny’s house☺️ In the evenings with the lighting the hotel looks very romantic. The bed and pillows are super comfy. The problem of the most hotels in Dalat in rainy season - the humidity. Unlike many hotels Mercure has air-con in the rooms, so there is no humidity. Breakfast has a lot of options - Vietnamese and Western food. You wont stay hungry. Also I d like to highlight the hotel staff and management. They work by high European standards providing the best service. The only sad thing about my stay - 2 nights in this amazing place were not enough to enjoy my time there. If I ever come again to Dalat, I ll choose Mercure.

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

High recommend this hotle. It's extremely amazing with forest view and so clean and new hotel. The staffs are so helpful especially An, he is so friendly and help me during staying there 4 days. I was headache and he and the manager gave me medicine. Thank you and will come back next time :)

came across this hotel by chance and booked for a stay when our taxi drove by. I was attracted by its colonial styled facade and clean look. Helpful and friendly staff at the receptionist. I can’t remember her name but she was a young lady who had glasses and hair tied in a cute bun. she was also very helpful when she wasn’t sure if she had recommended the best foods around, she asked her colleagues. all of you at receptionist were so good. excellent breakfast spread! was upgraded to a superior suite with my travel companion. What a pleasant unplanned treat! Thank you

Spacious room, very clean, water cooker, soap, shampoo, coffee & tea in the room. Good bed , thick blanket, good hot shower. Breakfast is excellent, option of many vietnamese food & coffee/tea in filling portion. Staff always friendly. Recommended. Location is not in center, near traditional market, very quiet and not much food option at night.

Beautiful hotel. It was a second time to stay. All interiors are antique and building is made by brick and woods so great atmosphere. wifi, location, Staff and breakfast is all great.

Receptionist is very efficient & courteous. Spacious reception & dining area. Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table). Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken. Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer. Nice comfortable bed & pillows. Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Safe area. Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning). The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
