I came from Nha Trang for an excursion to Da Lat and decided to stay in the city. I quickly booked a hotel, although the driver initially took me to a different hotel with the same name. Pay close attention to the address! Then there was another problem finding it; the navigator was glitching. We called and they sent us the geolocation. The room is small, but has everything necessary. The hotel grounds are very well-maintained and clean. I didn't take many photos, but my stay here was excellent. The staff were polite and always willing to help (carrying luggage, escorting me with an umbrella when it rained, helping with laundry, and even retrieving my bike from the parking lot). The grounds are aesthetically pleasing with a great view of the mountains and the valley. I also liked that the hotel has its own loyalty program. We chose a hotel from this chain again in another city. Having a free-to-use washer and dryer is incredibly convenient and practical.

The hotel is great, the front desk Sid Huynh and the girls when I checked in are nice as well (forgot to ask her name loll) are really nice and share about the restaurant the recommended, and the best is definitely the beautiful view and garden, hotel room is new and well equipped

Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance.

Had a great stay! The hotel is brand new, super clean, and everything looks really nice. I loved how open and fresh the place feels. The location is perfect—right across from the Da Lat bus station. You can literally walk over and chill right after getting off the bus. Best of all, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here!"

This was our first stay here, and the staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. They even let us check in early and upgraded us to a larger room. The outdoor area is beautifully designed with various flowers, and the panoramic view of Da Lat city is absolutely stunning. We spent both an afternoon and evening just chilling and enjoying the scenery. The room itself is modern and cozy. The soundproofing is quite good, ensuring I had a wonderful night's sleep.
