AAnonymous UserWe had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!

The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed.
Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip.
Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base.

AAngela Wong Mrs KangThe hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good with sumptuous breakfast spread and walking distance to the night market. Nearby have some eatery place. There was one vegetarian eatery just 5 mins walk from the hotel offered super yummy alium free vegetarian food at night and lunch menu with alliums only.
There was some ants found around the toilet and TV console area. But its not a big issue as we do not eat inside the room.

There are things that you need to improve on
1. Aircondition doesn’t have a proper heater function so room cannot get warm at all. I suggest to have mini portable heaters for each room. I slept uneasily as it was 19degrees for the whole duration despite informing the reception. The technician didn't solve this major problem
2 water in shower is hot and cold, meaning the mixer has a problem.
3. Need to have another waste/trash basket near the sink.
4. Some waiters are new and need to smile more and look in the eye when communicating. Same goes for the trainee chefs.
5. The nearest convenience store (7-11) or Winmart was a few hundred metres away. Perhaps you could install a dispensing machine for drinks, cookies, etc.

EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

The air conditioner only cools, there is no heating. One night was +6, we got a dop of blankets at request.
