"We stayed at the Riviera for a few days in June. We liked how we were greeted. We arrived at the hotel at 11:30 AM. There was a Russian-speaking Vietnamese person at the reception who explained everything clearly. They immediately gave us wristbands, so we were able to go for lunch and use all the other facilities (water park, bars, beach). We checked into our room closer to 2 PM. Our room was on the 9th floor, and the view was stunning! The balcony was huge. Everything in the room was clean, the bed was large, and the linen was fresh. We enjoyed the food. There was a huge selection of different cuisines. We particularly liked the BBQ, seafood, and the wide variety of fruits (they served passion fruit, mango, papaya, lychee, and even grapes). There were tons of different desserts. There's food for children of all ages, purees for infants, sausages, french fries, and lots of other healthy and delicious options. Regarding alcoholic beverages: bottled beer, average but drinkable wine, and local spirits. Freshly squeezed juices, coconut water, and smoothies were available at an extra cost. For those traveling with young children, I'd recommend bringing drinks that your child usually has before bed (juices, bio-yoghurts, etc.). We were pleased that there were always available sun loungers on the beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The sea was gorgeous. By the way, they offered us a free shuttle to the airport. We definitely recommend this hotel."

"I traveled with my parents, staying 2 nights in the city and 4 nights at a resort. We usually book connecting rooms, but this time we opted for a private pool villa, and they absolutely loved it! My mother was especially happy about having kitchen appliances, and my father enjoyed the excellent sea views and swimming pool. My wife and child loved having direct access to the pool just by opening the door, which made me very happy too. Everyone was satisfied with the design, size, and cleanliness, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful, fulfilling stay. My parents even said they'd want to come back here if they visit Nha Trang again. It's a truly excellent place, so I 10000% recommend it if you're planning a family trip with your parents and children. Thanks, QUANG!!!!!!"

"This was the most disappointing hotel of our Nha Trang trip, and I have a few points for everyone's reference. First, we booked a sea view room. When we checked in around 4 PM, they told us they only had rooms on the first floor and no higher floors were available because all rooms were full. When we called the manager, he just reiterated there were no rooms, with an attitude that implied 'take it or leave it.' He said they would check for a higher floor room the next day, but they never contacted me. It's true what other reviews say about them being unfriendly to Chinese guests. Secondly, a major drawback is that there's absolutely nothing around. You can only eat at the hotel. Dinner buffet for two adults and one child was 500 RMB, which is extremely expensive for Nha Trang. The dinner buffet was significantly worse than breakfast, not even offering drinks. Third, even during the May Day holiday, there was only one shuttle bus to the city at 11 AM daily. We had to take a taxi to and from the city in the afternoon, which cost 300 RMB round trip. This is completely different from what reviews claimed about having regular shuttle services. Fourth, traveling with a child, we couldn't really experience the facilities of a 'sports-themed' hotel, and the overall vibe was weak. There wasn't much to do; we just spent two days in the pool. It was also very windy, and the pool had no shade, so it was completely exposed to the sun. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel in any aspect. Of course, the price was indeed cheap, but that's all it had going for it. If you have an early flight, it is conveniently close to the airport, about ten minutes away, making it suitable for a one-night stay before catching a flight."

"We stayed from late June to early July. The hotel is new, with a small, very well-maintained property that's lush and clean. It operates on an all-inclusive basis. About 70% of the guests are Russian, with the rest being Vietnamese, Chinese, Kazakh, and others. Consequently, everything caters to Russian speakers; all animation and activities, both day and evening, are in Russian. The hotel is still in the process of opening; while we were there, the beachfront restaurant and bar weren't yet open. The beach is huge, wide, with fine sand, and there were always plenty of free sun loungers both on the beach and by the pool. The entry into the sea is very shallow, perfect for children, but there are low tides. In the morning, there's plenty of water, but later it recedes 50-70 meters, and it gets shallow by the buoys (in the morning, you can't touch the bottom; in the evening, it's waist-deep). The water is very warm, clear, and clean, but there's stinging plankton. We didn't get any burns or even redness, and the kids swam happily. The only drawback is the restroom; you have to walk from the beach to the pool bar, which isn't very convenient, and we wished it were closer. There's nowhere to go outside the hotel grounds; there's nothing but the road. If you walk along the beach to the left, there's a local mini-market where you can buy fruits, smoothies, and even eat (local Vietnamese come here in the evenings to eat and swim), but the prices are 2.5 times higher than in Nha Trang. The food at the hotel caters to all tastes, from morning to evening. The only thing we didn't like was how the seafood was prepared (it's much tastier in the cafes in Nha Trang, but that's a matter of personal preference). The mousse desserts were incredibly delicious. We really liked the hotel; it's quiet, family-friendly, and modern (conceptually closer to Turkish hotels, but somehow more relaxed). We will definitely return!"

"The room seemed clean but it was old and worn out. The sofa was so dirty that I didn't dare put anything on it except for my old travel bag. The bathroom faucet had a lot of grime, and even after I replaced the shower head with my own filter shower head, the filter turned brown as soon as I turned on the water 🫠. For a one-night stay, I used three filters. The mattress on the bed was old; it sagged a bit when I lay down, the springs weren't good, and the sheets had a yellowish tint. There was no smell, so I just slept. And the most important part, the food and drinks... If you're not picky about taste and just need food to fill your stomach, and if any alcohol will do, then this place might be great for you. I love alcohol, but... ^^ I'll just leave it at that. I think I kept feeling hungry because I couldn't properly eat the food, haha. The pho wasn't tasty, but at least the broth was somewhat edible compared to the other dishes, so I ate the most of that ^^;;. The noodles were absolutely terrible. I had delicious crocodile meat during a hopping tour, but here, it was impossible to chew, haha. For Korean guests, there's a Korean food corner with cucumber kimchi, kohlrabi kimchi, and cabbage kimchi, along with rice or beef porridge. If you find those, you might be able to eat something. My husband and I enjoyed the night performance. As for the smoking issue, you pretty much have to tolerate it, except for certain parts of Asia ^^. I hate smoking too, but when I go abroad, I just accept it. I try to avoid it discreetly. It would be good if you could tolerate this issue to some extent."

"My impressions are mixed. We traveled independently for 2 weeks, without a tour operator. We stayed in the main building with a full board (three meals a day) plan. About 90% of the hotel guests were Russian-speaking tourists. During our stay, the hotel was fully booked. The main advantage of this hotel is its large and very beautiful grounds: it's pleasant to walk around and enjoyable to ride the buggy. You can take a buggy to the beach and back (it departs from the reception), which is very convenient in the heat, as the distance from the main building to the sea is quite significant. It's also one of the most (if not *the* most) budget-friendly hotels in Cam Ranh with its own beach. The hotel beach is more or less clean, though small debris can be found. The sea is clean, clear, and has a gentle entry. The hotel is located far from civilization, but there are a couple of mini-markets within walking distance that have essentials. There's also a small shop in the main building of the hotel itself, with corresponding prices. Free transfers are available: - To Nha Trang (to Nha Trang at 9:00 AM and 1:15 PM, returning at 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM), reservations must be made in advance (48 hours) at the reception. - To the airport (possibly only available for long-term stays). Another big plus is the hotel's own medical center. We visited it twice in 2 weeks and received the necessary assistance. On Friday and Saturday evenings, Russian-speaking performers are invited to entertain guests. The staff at the reception, medical center, luggage area, and transfer drivers are excellent! They are pleasant, friendly, competent, and always willing to help with any questions. Now for the downsides. The rooms in the main building are tired and show their age, and there were cockroaches. Room cleaning is exceptionally poor. There's a horribly unsanitary carpet in the middle of the room that is never vacuumed or cleaned; the dirt and debris on it are impossible to unsee! Towels, amenities, and water are replaced (with mixed success; sometimes you have to go and ask for missing items). Trash wasn't always emptied from the bin under the desk either. In our presence, they would just wave a mop around the perimeter of the room. For the entire 2 weeks, cleaning started in the afternoon every other day, often closer to 4:00 PM, which was very inconvenient as that's the hottest time, and we usually rested in the room with the air conditioning after the sea. One time, they didn't come to clean at all, and we had to call reception around 5:00 PM just to get consumables. The bed linen wasn't changed once in 2 weeks! How did I know? By the holes in the duvet cover in a specific spot, which is a particular disgrace for a supposed five-star hotel! Another drawback is the food. We got no enjoyment from our full board. There seemed to be a lot of variety, including different types of meat and seafood, but everything was cooked as if you were chewing cardboard or was extremely spicy. Besides the fruits, nothing was truly delicious. The chefs get a failing grade. There's a critical lack of non-alcoholic beverages: strange juices (beetroot, soursop), Coca-Cola, tea, coffee (terrible), and water. We constantly had to drink water. Getting seats in the dining hall also required effort. There was a catastrophic shortage of sun loungers by the pool and on the beach, leading to an unpleasant game: wake up early (preferably before 5:30 AM) to reserve a sun lounger, especially if you wanted to lie in the shade in a good spot. The administration's attempt to remedy the situation by providing bean bags didn't really help; there still aren't enough for everyone, and umbrellas are only over the sun loungers. The comfort level of lying on a sun lounger versus a bean bag is, of course, not comparable, considering that most guests are 50+. It's a mystery why, with the hotel constantly at full occupancy, they don't buy more sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach towels are now provided in the rooms upon check-in, but no one bothered to change them without a specific request: we had to call reception every day because the cleaning staff simply didn't have them. This was the first time we encountered such an unorganized process! In conclusion, the hotel is far from 5 stars, at most 3+, suitable for unpretentious tourists and short stays, so you don't get to 'enjoy' all the delights of their unpreparedness to host so many guests."

"Wonderful hotel with a clean beach. Overall, it's a family-friendly and quiet place. They have a great foam party, chocolate hour, and lots of entertainment for kids (for an extra charge). A big thank you to the staff for the excellent room cleaning. However, there's one drawback: the extra bed for the child was never provided."

"We just got back home. The hotel and service were truly excellent – everything was beautiful, and the rooms were impressive. However, this isn't really a family-friendly hotel. It's more suited for couples or families with toddlers, as children over 5 might find it boring here. The kids' club is small and geared towards very young children. They have a mini slide and a warm (even hot) pool. Do note that the hotel is mostly filled with Korean guests. There's a teen room with two arcade machines, foosball, and a PS5. Breakfast: I really enjoyed the breakfast – high-quality products, delicious cappuccinos, smoothies, and fresh juices. Having stayed at the 'Aquamarine' hotel before, I have a good basis for comparison. Dining: The hotel only offers breakfast. There are three restaurants on site: an Italian one by the sea, a seafood restaurant, and a Vietnamese one. Approach the kids' menu with caution – it's very limited and mainly caters to Korean tastes. Prices can also be a bit disappointing: there's a 23% service charge and tax that isn't listed on the menu, only on the final bill. The Italian restaurant is lovely, and the sound of the sea in the evening at sunset is amazing. I recommend trying the truffle pizza, pasta, burger, and Iberico pork – they're truly delicious. The only thing I didn't particularly like were the cocktails at the beach bar. Activities: The hotel offers yoga classes with an excellent instructor – pure relaxation, followed by Tabata. However, you need to request the schedule upon check-in as it's not provided upfront. There are also paid pottery classes. There's a rafting experience, which is very long and enjoyable. A special highlight is the private beach, with few people and super clear water. To sum up, the hotel is new and stands out from other hotels in Cam Ranh. We've stayed at many hotels, and they all seemed old and not very appealing. The JW Marriott is truly great, and I loved it. I would return, but only with my husband, as our child might get bored here. It's a place for complete relaxation and a private getaway. They always provide plenty of bottled water, and the room is tidied up again in the evening with various complimentary amenities. I was delighted by these small touches. The shampoo and conditioner were excellent; they made my hair feel like silk."

"I can confidently say that Mia was the best hotel experience of my entire trip to Vietnam! Initially, I considered the JW Marriott or The Anam, but I'm so glad I chose Mia; it was a truly perfect experience. 💖 First, I want to extend my thanks to Lona. She was incredibly responsive, actively addressing all guest questions and requests. Plus, she speaks Chinese, so I encourage everyone to chat with her when you visit – she's a lovely and sweet person. Next, I highly recommend Mia's Garden Villas. They are an absolute must-try! In China, finding a room with such a large private courtyard and an outdoor shower at this value for money would be impossible. The room's TV even allowed us to watch YouTube, so we could easily catch up on our own videos. They also thoughtfully prepared a honeymoon amenity for us, including a delicious mousse cake! We received two complimentary young coconuts upon check-in and evening cookies every night. These small details really made our stay feel extra special and heartwarming! Both restaurants are located right by the sea. The breakfast buffet restaurant, in particular, is near both the pool and the ocean. Eating breakfast while watching the sea and guests swimming is truly a delightful experience. While the breakfast selection isn't incredibly vast, it's definitely sufficient, and I especially loved their delicious pastries! I tried both restaurants; the prices are a bit on the high side, but still acceptable. After two nights, I honestly couldn't find a single flaw – it was incredibly comfortable. We also tried the hotel's spa, and I highly recommend it! The value for money is exceptional; you won't find a 1.5-hour massage for just over 200 RMB at any other five-star hotel. I will definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"We absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The grounds are large and well-maintained, with lots of greenery (palm trees, various flowering trees), two swimming pools, bicycles, and opportunities for various activities (there's a gym, you can attend yoga sessions, foam parties in the pool, etc.). The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready to help and offer advice. It's clean, neat, and beautiful. Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh didn't just meet our expectations, it exceeded them. The food was also excellent: for breakfast and dinner, there was a wide variety of dishes (different kinds of meat, soups, noodles, pasta, sushi, seafood, vegetables, desserts, fruits, freshly squeezed juices from carrots, oranges, watermelons, cucumbers, and smoothies, yogurt, etc.) – there was even grilled crocodile one time. Everything was delicious and well-prepared! Our breakfasts were included, and we purchased dinners separately. The cost per person was 840,000 VND if you bought dinner at the reception, and about 755,000 VND if you paid for dinner right before entering the buffet restaurant. By the way, there's live music in the restaurant in the evenings. And, of course, the beautiful and clean sea, with a gentle entry. There are high tides in the morning and low tides after lunch. There were enough sunbeds for everyone on the beach. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. If we have the chance, we would gladly come back here again."
