A wonderful hotel with a fantastic breakfast, beautiful grounds, and excellent service. I regretted only booking one night. We had a room with a pool on the 6th floor. The breakfast had a huge variety of dishes and delicious coffee. Check-in was fast, even though the front desk was very busy. Upon arrival, we received a voucher for afternoon tea with mini sandwiches and biscuits. The room also had an ironing board and iron, which is rare for hotels in Nha Trang. The beach has fine sand, and there were plenty of sunbeds. You can ride bikes around the property. They offer electric car rides to the sea. I will definitely come back here again.

Our overall stay was fantastic, I highly recommend this hotel! The surroundings are serene and elegant, with lush greenery beautifully arranged and expansive views, creating a wonderful ambiance. The rooms are meticulously maintained, spotlessly clean throughout, with soft and skin-friendly bedding. The layout is well-designed, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent sleep quality. Transportation is especially thoughtful. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the city center with a reasonable schedule, making it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. They also provide a complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off service, saving the hassle of finding a taxi yourself, which is a huge relief for travelers. The outdoor pool is stunning, with crystal-clear water and beautiful surrounding scenery – perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff are warm, attentive, and friendly. Considering the environment, accommodation, amenities, and transportation, this hotel offers great value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Environment: The resort is very close to Cam Ranh International Airport, a 5-10 minute drive. The entire complex is enveloped in tropical plants, offering excellent privacy with a private beach area that isn't crowded, perfect for introverts seeking a pure staycation to unwind. Compared to other hotels, the public areas of the resort are a bit smaller, but still ample for a vacation of sunbathing and water activities. Facilities: The resort is well-equipped. There are 3 restaurants, which irregularly host various themed buffets and barbecues. Additionally, there's a private beach, a public swimming pool, and a spa. Service: The service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off upon check-in and check-out; if you contact the hotel in advance, they'll arrange for a driver to meet you at the airport with a sign. Within the resort, there's a shuttle service available at any time, making it convenient to move between different spots. They also offer afternoon tea and a dessert delivery to your room once a day. Dissatisfaction: 1. It's quite far from Nha Trang city center, about 30km, a 40-minute taxi ride, which is inconvenient if you want to explore the city. 2. Hotel services are rather expensive; for example, dining at the restaurant costs around 200 RMB per person, and a massage/spa is about 300 RMB per person, which is comparable to prices in Beijing (it would be much cheaper in Nha Trang city center). 3. The hotel discourages outside food delivery, which was my biggest disappointment. On the fourth day, I got tired of the hotel restaurants and wanted to try ordering takeout via Grab, expecting it to be delivered to my room like in China. However, the hotel stated they don't provide service for outside deliveries. The delivery driver had to stop at the main entrance of the resort on the roadside because security wouldn't let them in, so I had to walk 10 minutes from the hotel front desk to the entrance to pick it up myself.

A very beautiful hotel, stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied. I'll bring my family here next time.

I'm giving a low rating because of the service, which definitely didn't live up to the 2600 per night price tag. 1. For my two-night stay, I had to switch rooms. They made me check out at 12 PM, put my luggage in my parents' room, and then I couldn't move into the new room until 2 PM. 2. Despite being the earliest to check in that day, I was given the room theoretically furthest from the sea among all the one-bedroom villas, and they claimed it was the last available one. Shouldn't rooms be assigned based on check-in time? Is this like buying airline tickets where everyone checks in early? 3. The swimming pool and gym all close at 8 PM. This is a resort, with no other businesses within a 10km radius. Why close so early? 4. I ordered two coconut waters by the pool, and it took them over an hour to realize they hadn't delivered them.

The resort isn't huge, but the service is excellent. The food is also good, and the rooms are quite spacious! The balcony pool is stunning, with a direct view of the beach below. It's a shame they don't sell the same design of beach bag, I really liked it, only the Anantara next door sells them.

What I loved most was the private pool in the room, sparkling crystal blue under the sun. The aromatherapy scent inside the hotel room was also delightful, and surprisingly, I didn't spot any common tropical insects during my two-day stay. The hotel's responsiveness truly impressed me; when I called for a pick-up car at checkout, it arrived in less than five minutes. The public areas, spa, breakfast buffet, and even the beach's sand and vegetation far exceeded my expectations. Walking around the hotel grounds, the flowers and trees were all meticulously maintained. Overall, this hotel is absolutely fantastic!

This hotel has a fantastic resort-like vibe, seamlessly blending into nature. Every corner feels incredibly relaxing. It's also super convenient to get to, just a fifteen-minute drive from the airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the city.
