The staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and as expected from a 5-star hotel, it was very clean and well-maintained. I would personally recommend it if you're traveling with family. There are so many programs and activities for both kids and adults that a single day isn't enough 😂. I highly recommend it 👍👍

Excellent hotel, a solid 5 stars! The rooms with sea views are great, spacious, and comfortable! It has everything you need for a vacation! It's clean, and they clean daily and thoroughly. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The service is good, and the staff are very hardworking. There's a water park, a mini-golf course, a tennis court, and a good quality (though not cheap) spa complex. On the property, there are 12 pools, a fitness center, restaurants, cafes, a food court, and a shop... There's also a small cinema and playgrounds for children. The beach is wonderfully wide! If you want to sunbathe by the sea, you'll need to reserve sunbeds around 6:00-7:00 AM; if it's not crucial, there's always plenty of space by the pools. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is far from the city; for those who love to shop, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the stores. Basically, the hotel has everything. For those who don't have all-inclusive, besides the restaurants, there's a shop and a food court. It's best to opt for breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed my stay at Alma Resort. I would definitely come back again!

After a wonderful experience at Almar Resort in 2022, I decided to visit for a second time. This trip was just as fulfilling and enjoyable for my kids and me. There was so much to do within the resort, which the children absolutely loved, allowing the whole family to relax and have a great time. What truly touched me was that during our stay, it was a family member's birthday, and the resort prepared not one, but two cakes – one for the birthday and another to celebrate our return visit! Thanks to this thoughtful gesture, we were able to have a small birthday party with the family, making our trip even more special and memorable. I'm grateful to Almar Resort for creating such lovely memories for us again, just like in 2022. It's definitely a place I'd love to revisit for another family trip with my children. 💕

We had a comfortable and enjoyable time relaxing at Alma Cam Ranh. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the swimming pool and resort facilities were excellent, making it a satisfying family trip with a young child. Overall, it's a great resort for a relaxing vacation, and I'd love to visit again!

Choosing Alma Resort was truly an excellent decision! 👍 Our family of six, with four children, spent our vacation at Alma Resort. We opted for a 2-bedroom ocean view villa, and everyone in the family was extremely satisfied. The rooms were much more spacious and cleaner than expected, and best of all, with 12 swimming pools, we could enjoy ourselves leisurely without feeling crowded, even with many people around. This was a huge advantage for a family trip with children. And what exceeded our expectations was the water park! It was much more fun than we thought. I highly recommend the water scooters. Haha. You can rent them at the main pool and the water park, and both kids and adults will surprisingly enjoy riding them. If you visit, definitely give them a try! Just swimming, playing, and relaxing within the resort made the day fly by so quickly that we didn't even need to plan a busy external itinerary. If you're a family looking to relax comfortably with your children and enjoy plenty of water activities, I highly recommend Alma Resort. For our family, choosing Alma Resort as our vacation accommodation this time was truly an excellent choice. 😊🌴

I was assigned to the top floor, and the view was so beautiful that I enjoyed it every morning when I woke up. The water park was also great, and my kids had a blast playing in the water for two days. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but all the other facilities were so good that I was satisfied overall.

The service didn't live up to its reputation. It's almost impossible to get a reservation at the dinner restaurant, and when I asked the front desk staff about a late checkout, I didn't get a helpful response. The water park was also a disappointment. I won't be returning.

The pho for breakfast was delicious, and there was even a separate corner managed by a Korean chef, which was great. The swimming pools were clean and there were several of them for different groups to enjoy, and the staff were friendly. Even if you can speak English, communication might be a bit challenging, but if you ask patiently, they will all kindly answer your questions.
