The Anam Cam Ranh

This price is basically just for the large public lawn. Without a doubt, the hotel's lawn and public areas are absolutely beautiful. The room, however, was a bit disappointing… Firstly, the soundproofing was terrible. We stayed in a standard twin room, located in the building next to the check-in counter. We could hear people walking barefoot upstairs, and unfortunately, the guests above us were quite inconsiderate. They were walking around loudly at 10-11 PM and then again at 4 AM, so loud that it woke us up. We could also clearly hear every sound from the hallway. And to top it off, the lawnmower started working at 10 AM… The overall stay experience was not good. Furthermore, the room we were initially assigned was on the 'G' floor… it was very damp and dim. We had to speak with the front desk to get a room on a higher floor. If you have the budget, I'd recommend opting for a villa room (the situation might be better there). Also, the food at the beach bar was incredibly bad and not cheap. Definitely avoid it.

Both the room and the hotel's overall decor are very well-designed, exuding a strong Southeast Asian charm. The hotel showcases a high-end aesthetic throughout, with beautifully maintained lawns and beachfront. You can truly just relax and enjoy your stay at the hotel.

My recent stay at The Anam Cam Ranh was a terrible experience, with many services not matching the booking description. Here are the issues: 1. When my vehicle pulled up to the hotel entrance, there was no staff to assist with luggage from the trunk. There are steps leading to the hotel entrance, and no one guided me from the car to the lobby. 2. The booking information clearly stated that Chinese-speaking service would be provided, but upon arrival, there was absolutely no Chinese service available. This feels like false advertising. 3. During check-in, after I presented my passport and visa page (including the visa expiry date) and the front desk verified and returned my documents, they again requested to re-check them. The check-in process was chaotic. 4. After completing the check-in formalities, the staff did not proactively inform me about the waiting time for room allocation. Information disclosure was insufficient. 5. The luggage service lacked proactive initiative; I had to specifically remind the staff to deliver my bags to the room. 6. Information about the hotel's facilities was vague, restaurant details were unclear, and butler service was absent. 7. I found a gecko in the welcome fruit tray in my room, and there were small insects in several places. After reporting this to the hotel, there was no response, no reasonable explanation, and the hotel did not provide turn-down service. The Anam Cam Ranh only has a scenic advantage; the large lawn indeed looks beautiful for photos. However, the overall service level is completely inconsistent with the price. My request: I hope the platform will verify the discrepancies between the hotel's promotion and actual services, as well as the room hygiene and pest issues, and provide appropriate handling for this terrible stay experience.

The Anam Cam Ranh is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel! I've wanted to try it for a long time, and I finally got to experience it! It was even better than expected! The lawn is absolutely stunning! The hotel restaurant's food is also excellent!

The hotel environment was excellent, with a lovely Nanyang-style ambiance. We had a comfortable two-day stay here. Upon check-in, we received detailed instructions, and our butler, Thien, added us on WeChat, so we could communicate via WeChat whenever needed throughout our stay. We'll definitely be back, haha. Also, if you're staying at the hotel, the airport bus is free.

This resort was absolutely perfect – from the room conditions, landscaping, and the kind and cheerful staff, to the food and the breathtaking views. A special shout-out to Min, who provided friendly support from the beginning to the end of our trip, making our Nha Trang vacation even more comfortable and joyful! I'd love to bring my family here again next time 💚

First of all, the accommodation itself is incredibly beautiful. And the staff are super friendly! On the day I stayed, it rained, so I went for a swim after checking out and before heading to the airport, which was great! There weren't many people around at that time either. However, they said there was a shower facility, but it's just like a regular toilet stall and there's only one. And it smelled a bit… So, if several people go together, it's inconvenient to have to wait for each person! I recommend just having a quick rinse here and then showering at a nearby massage place that offers pickup service…! To be honest, breakfast was just so-so! Having eaten at Alma Resort and then here, the comparison is stark. It's smaller, and if you're Korean, there won't be much to eat. And room service is really, really expensive ㅠㅠ It's ridiculous. Still, The Anam Burger was delicious… You definitely have to try that!!!

We stayed at Anam Resort with our whole family, including two children, and from the very first moment, we felt like we were in a different world. It was a true vacation in an atmosphere of luxury, tranquility, and care. Anam Resort truly lives up to its five-star status. Everything here is meticulously thought out: the service, the grounds, the atmosphere, the staff's attitude, the cleanliness, and the attention to guests. Every employee is very welcoming, polite, and friendly. You can feel the genuine care, not just formal service. I'd like to specifically mention the food. Breakfasts were very delicious and varied; everything was fresh and high-quality. There was a good selection for children too, including porridge and other suitable dishes. We always left breakfast feeling full and satisfied. We really loved the resort's atmosphere. Everything around was beautiful, calm, and well-maintained. The morning yoga was a particularly pleasant experience – a wonderful start to the day in such a beautiful setting. This is truly the kind of vacation where you can really relax and forget about everything. And a separate, huge thank you goes to the lady from the Kids Club, her name is Tran ❤️. I really want to highlight her work. She played with our children for several hours, got along with them wonderfully, and gave them so much attention that the children absolutely didn't want to leave! While we were relaxing and swimming, the children happily spent time with her. It's clear that she genuinely loves children and knows how to connect with them. A big thank you to her for such care and attention! 🌸 We were very pleased with our stay at Anam Resort. This is a place where everything – from the service to the smallest details – creates the feeling of a true five-star vacation. Thank you to the entire Anam Resort team for a wonderful experience and unforgettable moments! We would definitely be happy to return here again. ❤️

The hotel's private beach, location, views, and overall environment are indeed stunning. However, the hotel is very unfriendly towards Chinese guests, with extremely poor and rude service. Even though the hotel clearly stated that UnionPay cards are accepted, my broken English seemed to be ignored, and frankly, their English wasn't great either. There was no Chinese-speaking staff. A female staff member deliberately spoke very fast in English, pretending not to understand us, which was incredibly annoying. We Chinese travelers are here to spend money and enjoy ourselves, not to be mistreated! I strongly advise against visiting this expensive hotel if you want to avoid frustration. Besides the good environment, there's no service to speak of. There are so many other great hotels in Nha Trang; I recommend checking them out instead. Additionally, I had to change rooms three times during my three-day stay. Basically, they initially gave me subpar rooms, so I had to insist on changing them. The first room change was due to a very noisy air conditioner outdoor unit. The next day, after another change, I found a cockroach that could fly in the new room. Honestly, apart from the great overall environment, this resort is really not up to par in other aspects.
