"Stayed at this hotel with my family, we had one room for four people. Overall, it was good, especially the location. It's convenient for both going into the city and getting directly onto the road to Rize. They have their own parking, although it was full, but there are places nearby (houses) where you can park your car. The only downside is that there's carpet everywhere, and it seemed like it hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. In general, it felt a bit untidy, and the bathroom also. But despite that, the hotel is decent, and I'd recommend it!"

Mövenpick Hotel Trabzon is a corner of paradise where the azure Blacksea meets with the majestic mountains .We welcome you, our valuable guests for a wonderful experience. Hotel is designed to make its guests feel special with its modern decoration. Serving with the principle of guest satisfaction for a holiday beyond dreams. Unique beach front, perfect service , magnificent flavors ,friendly staff, elegant decorated rooms, combined with Blacksea culture.
"Unfortunately, there was blatant exploitation of our need for accommodation. We were denied access to the unit we booked under the pretext that we had two adult sons, and therefore had to switch to a two-bedroom apartment that wasn't beachfront. We were forced to pay an additional $450, bringing the total for a 9-night stay to $2100. This was an exorbitant amount, indicative of clear exploitation. To this day, the hotel management refuses to provide us with an invoice for the amounts paid, and we don't know why. We hope you will consider our review and investigate what happened, otherwise, we will regrettably be forced to escalate this matter to the General Authority for Tourism in the Kingdom for clarification, especially since you acted as the intermediary and agent for booking the accommodation. You are responsible for your customer's satisfaction."

Located in the heart of the historic city of Trabzon, the Radisson Blu Hotel boasts 162 rooms designed with your comfort in mind and with stunning views of either the city or Black Sea.
"A luxurious hotel, though pricey. The sea-view rooms are absolutely stunning. Its location in Trabzon's most beautiful spot, Boztepe, is fantastic, with two famous restaurants right below it. You can even walk to the Boztepe viewpoint. The area is vibrant, surrounded by upscale neighborhoods, residential complexes, entertainment zones, and restaurants.
However, the service was slow, which I didn't like. One day they missed cleaning my room, even though I left the 'Please clean' sign out. I approached the front desk staff, who were polite and helpful, but the room still wasn't cleaned.
The breakfast was good and tasty, but the selection was less than what I'd expect from a five-star hotel in Turkey generally."

"We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it."

"It's a Hilton, supposedly, but everything felt off. At the reception, they told us the pool was open until 11 PM. In reality, at 10:15 PM, they didn't want to let us in because the pool closed at 10:40 PM. Why they didn't mention this at the front desk is beyond me. Also, you can't go in without a swim cap – which, of course, you can buy on site. The rooms are small. The view isn't of the sea, but of some kind of favelas. In the restaurant, the menu is via QR code, but no one tells you that you still have to order from a waiter."

"The hotel's location is great. However, from now on, I definitely won't be booking hotels through websites. This is the second time this year it's happened. For this hotel, they gave me a room that was unfortunately under the stairs, if you can even call it a room. It was literally a cramped space under the stairs. I felt like I was suddenly in Thailand or Japan, but only because the toilet, shower, sink, and everything were crammed into one spot. In the morning, when I wanted to shower, the shower didn't work, even though water was running from the sink. What's more, the other rooms in the hotel, especially the suite rooms, are very nice. But mine was a standard room. Even after I asked to change it, saying I wanted something different from a standard room, they used the excuse that they had no other rooms available and didn't change it. My room also didn't have air conditioning, only a fan. Unfortunately, I wasted my money; I would have been better off sleeping in my car. I was very unsatisfied."

"Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors."

"My wife and I are experienced hoteliers ourselves, with over 15 years in the business. So, we can professionally assess our colleagues' work. And they did a great job! That's the first thing that comes to mind! Excellent location, right off the highway. The parking is very convenient, which is crucial for road trippers. IIgor KhoroshevWe have stayed in Pelit Park hotel for 2 nights. Hotel it self not big, have few floors, from our room we had beautiful side sea view. Room was spacious, wifi was good, always had hot water in shower. We like breakfasts, they was so tasty. Hotel staff are friendly, they have parking space at hotel. Only I don't like cleaning, on arrival I have found some plastic parts from bottle on carpet, and second day, when was made room cleaning, one towel was with holes, and also I saw small hole on bed sheet. My opinion, they need to take more attention for cleaning service. Anyway we like our stay there and satisfied 👍🏼

GGuest UserThe Comfort House Hotel is an exceptionally well managed, family run Hotel with very large, clean and comfortable rooms. My room was surprisingly big with a king size double bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a table and a separate desk with chair by the wall. The room included a good sized private bathroom. Trabzon is all hills. There is a large cluster of a variety of good restaurants and cafes about five minute or so easy walk across the hill from the Comfort House Hotel. Don't walk up the hill or down, walk across, easy.
Best of all is the wonderful family that manages the Hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, the hotel is good.
We faced an issue with the beds; although our booking was for three beds, the third bed was not provided at first, but the problem was eventually resolved.
The lighting in the rooms is very poor, which made it difficult to properly assess the cleanliness. As for the bathrooms, the surface cleanliness was acceptable, though we noticed a small spider web. However, deep cleaning needs improvement since there were signs of mold between the tiles.
The air conditioning was weak and took a long time before we could feel a noticeable drop in room temperature.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location is excellent, close to everything I needed, and the area felt very safe. The staff “ Abdul Rahman “ was welcoming and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.”

GGuest UserThe room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul
