😊 What liked: 📍 This location was very nice. Always there was a parking space for us this is a big plus. 🔥 Your own boiler with individual heating huge plus! I was pleased separately with warm floors: it is very nice to walk and warm the feet 😊 🚿 Excellent shower: good pressure, hot water was always thanks to its own boiler. This plan liked everything very much. 🛏 In the main bedroom, a large whole mattress was very convenient sleeping on it was pleasant. 🍳 Good breakfast, everyone with pleasure had breakfast and remained satisfied. 🧺 There is a washing machine. First there was no dryer and there was a question where to dry the clothes, but at our request it was brought. In the minus it is not written: the question was solved, and it is plus. 🙁 What didn't like: 🍽 Kitchen is disappointed. For housing, which is located as apartments, the equipment is weak: the stoves are not at all, so to prepare food will not work. Microwave too is not even to heat ready food anywhere. The settling was lacking dishes, cup and roller. After the handling, everything was brought, but I wish the necessary kitchen utensils were already on the spot. 🛏 The mattresses were inconvenient in the children's room felt very much springs. I would like to replace them.

We stayed in a suite at the hotel. The view was magnificent. I couldn't take my eyes off the beauty of the Black Sea. We had our evening coffee and breakfast on the terrace balcony. The toilet and bathroom smelled wonderful; it was clean and spacious, comparable to a 5-star hotel. The room was huge. The reception staff, especially the Palestinian child, were so kind, tolerant, and helpful. I highly recommend it. It's very close to the center, a 4-minute drive. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer any food or breakfast, but there's a supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. It's on a busy street with affordable places to eat. We ate pizza for two, bought breakfast items from the supermarket at a good price, and there's a kebab shop right around the corner. We only stayed one night but were very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

We were very happy to stay at the hotel. All was really perfect. The rooms were very clean, regular and comfortable. The staff was very laughing, interesting and helpful. The location of the hotel was very good and easy for transport. We felt like ourselves at home. Absolutely we would want to come back and advise everyone with comfort. We thank you very much for everything. I and my friend were there on February 27th, a day.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. He changed it to a better room with a good view without additional charges. It's a bit narrow, but it's a satisfying accommodation for the price.

Housekeeping is not good, service only by demand. Meals are average, there were a hair in the dishes, we showed them, but they didn't react. Eventually we would be better and reasonable get breakfast outside. You can a full breakfast for the less fee in local Cafe (Uc Kale) just under the pedestrian passage.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. Frankly speaking, I didn't think much, I was very tired. On the respiratory, said about her reservation and extended her passport. Very friendly and smiling receptionists. I was quickly decorated and settled on the 6th floor in room 607. I didn't expect to see a big bed in the single room, it was very pleasant. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. The hearing is high, there were constantly some sounds as if without the end was cleaning or I lived next to the laundry 😅 The view of the room you will see on the photo. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there. The usual average breakfast is cheeses, omlets, sausages, olive oils, vegetables, greens and a little baking. Solid coffee and tea in bags. Fruit was not completely 😒 upset. Well in general I estimated 3+ almost 4. I will come to Trabzon, I will probably settle there.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast was very basic with same type of food everyday.

We had a great time The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was social, and we met some amazing people during our stay. I loved the roof top terrace and the rooms were nice and big, and the breakfast was yum. My only issue was the location, all the restaurants near by are very overpriced and touristy, so you do need to be prepared to walk a bit out of the area for a cheaper meal. But then again, it is close to all the main attractions, so depends what you're looking for! Overall, I woul
