The hotel was very enjoyable. It is in the center, 5 minutes from the main square, cafes, restaurants, shops, pharmacy all around. The hotel helped order tours, staff polite, kind, responsive. Swedish table for any taste.

The hotel staff were very lazy, comprehensive and related, the rooms were quite clean and comfortable compared to the 4-star hotels. We offered breakfast in the form of an open buffet for a price performance. I can say this is the best hotel you can stay at Trabzon at this price.

The room is quite clean. The housekeepers are helpful and courteous. However, the front office refused to cooperate with us when we brought to their attention that we booked a bigger room. We even evidenced it by showing them the details of the online booking. However, they kept gaslighting us and trying to make us believe that we were in a 22m2 room when it was clearly a 15m2 room. Don’t be in the hospitality sector if you don’t like to help your guests.

The hotel is located near the consulate (this is the purpose of arrival) and is very convenient in the center. There is a hall with couchs and seats for waiting/rest, all kind of sympathetic. It was almost clean (I found some garbage under the table) but overall everything is fine. The room is small but for one person quite! The view from the window is only roof and house, the streets are not visible. All it needed was a bottle of water, I had to go to the shop (but I would probably have been able to call and I would have been brought) on the table there were several bags of tea and coffee with cream. Breakfast was not particularly interested in me, as I eat only fruit in the morning, but I still looked there.
