"Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The person at the carpark was incredibly helpful and took great care of my car, which was a positive start. However, the receptionist’s lack of a smile, though potentially cultural, left a bit of a cold impression. Check-in was efficient, and Room 206 was clean, but it was disappointing not to have a kettle or iron. On the bright side, the air conditioning worked well. The shower head can be improved, as it wasn’t to my liking. Additionally, the provision of just one large and one small towel was somewhat minimal. On a positive note, the hotel’s location was convenient, with shops within walking distance. Check-out was straightforward, simply handing over the key to the receptionist. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects, a few improvements in amenities and service attitude could enhance the overall experience at this hotel."

"Great staff. Be careful, the hotel isn't near the bus station (a new bus station was built two years ago a few kilometers away and the previous one is no longer operating). It is a okay hotel but the details are not taken care of. Acoustic isolation is very poor and in the night I was woken up by the noise of... the elevator. What can I say... The door is too small for the frame. You can see the corridor under it and there also goes the noise through."
