Nice hotel. It's a 10-minute walk to the airport. It's uphill from there. Everything is clean and comfortable, with good bedding and clean towels. Nice bathroom.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is close to the airport, and getting to the city center (the main square) by taxi is very quick; moreover, taxi fares are quite reasonable. If you want to walk, it takes about an hour, which is a perfectly manageable distance. My room was clean and had a very nice view; they even kindly upgraded my room type. However, I need to mention one point: Although most of the staff were friendly, one employee targeted me with unnecessary questions simply because of my appearance, making me quite uncomfortable. I think this attitude was wrong, and honestly, it made me feel uneasy and tense every time I went to the lobby. In short, apart from this unpleasant experience, my stay was quite good, and the hotel's location is a great advantage.

I stayed for 2 nights for business. The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. The location is also great, just 2 minutes from the airport. If I come again, I would stay here without hesitation…

I stayed at this hotel in Trabzon for 8 days with my wife, and it was a disappointing experience. I had booked a room with a double bed, but they gave us a room with two separate beds that were very uncomfortable and kept moving. I complained to the reception several times, and each time they made false promises like “we’ll change it today” or “we only have 4 double beds in the whole hotel.” Nothing was ever done, just excuses and lies. Poor management, terrible service, and zero honesty. I do not recommend staying here at all.
