"Location is good, close to the center and just next to large shopping mall. The front also promptly respond to your request, check in and out is smooth. Downside however, the bedsheet and pillow sheet slightly stale. In fact, both me and mom felt itchy throughout the night and we have to lay our clothes over the sheet. The aircon is also quite hot and since it is right by the main street it can be pretty loud. Anyway, it is kind of a good value for budget with many amenities but the hygiene is a deal breaker here for me. Hope it improves."

"A great hotel offering excellent value for money. I initially booked for just one night, but after seeing how nice and clean the room was, I immediately decided to extend my stay for another. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. It's conveniently located just over a kilometer from both the Starlight Night Market and the bus station for Bangkok-bound buses from Rayong, which is about a 20-minute walk away."

"- The hotel's location is awesome, right next to Central Rayong shopping mall, just a few steps away. This place is part of the Hilton chain, in their affordable format. They don't do luggage handling, which is fine. - This hotel is super new and clean, totally decked out, and the bathroom is huge. The hairdryer is new, and the TV is modern. Plus, they've got stuff for wheelchairs and an SOS button in the room if you need help. - The staff welcomed us and served us well. The dining room is medium-sized, with in-door and out-door areas, and the food tastes good. - The space in front of each room is pretty proportional, which is great for privacy, but the soundproofing between rooms might not be the best. We can hear doors closing or stuff banging through the ceiling and walls. - If you're staying during the festival, there might be noisy events with loud music in the mall's forecourt, usually from 7 PM to midnight. Maybe probably ask the hotel about it after booking your room. We were pretty stoked with this place. If we can, we'll totally come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Our hostess in the restaurant Fon was very good in organizing food orders for us and quick to sort out the cupuchino machine when the milk stopped. She knew my surname, and that was important in the details about the guests. The hotel was quick to sort out queries we had."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! It's a large and very clean property with 8 floors. One of the best things about it is the location — even though it's not right by the beach, it's right in the heart of the city, which makes getting around super easy. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find a night market, a fresh market, and even a 7-Eleven, so it's really convenient for food and essentials. If I visit Rayong again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel once more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!"

"There is a large tamarind tree as a symbol. The 7th floor rooms, 707 and 708, have a nice view. There is a bathtub but no shower box. If the elderly use it, they may have to be quite careful. The bathroom door does not have a lock or bolt. The curtain separating the bathroom glass is on the outside. It is suitable for guests who are quite close. Overall, it is considered good."

"The facilities are ok but when I was there, the building just finished building and some facilities are still on process. The food is great but the location isn't convenient, I had to walk 2 buildings away from where I stayed to have a breakfast. Not much of a service but the room is clean, so is the toilet (Big toilet, that's a plus)"

MM13592****We were a large group and booked late, so there weren't many options available, and I didn't have high expectations for this hotel. However, the experience was still very poor. The hotel's check-in policy wasn't very clear; I couldn't figure out if children staying required an extra charge. So, we just booked five rooms for two nights. My room was on the second floor and had no hot water, so I had to shower in other rooms. Even then, the water in those rooms wasn't very stable, fluctuating between strong and weak, and hot and cold. The most troublesome issue was insect bites. There were ants on the bed. Although the staff sprayed insecticide during cleaning, I was still bitten quite badly. For someone like me, who suffers from papular urticaria, it was particularly annoying. Outside the hotel, there's a convenience store, restaurants, and motorbike rentals. There's also a slightly smaller beach nearby, and the environment is decent. Diamond Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. In the evenings, the bar outside was a bit noisy, which kept the elderly in our group from sleeping. Overall, young people with low expectations might consider it. But for families like ours, with seniors and children, you'd really need to weigh whether you can accept these shortcomings.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a quiet part of the island. It’s clean and the rooms are quite comfy. Food is nice and the service in general is good. There are a few stray dogs around the hotel though so if you are not a fan, it’s worth to be aware of them.

NNBWThe journey to reach the resort, from the mainland, is a small adventure in itself but well worth it. We only stayed for 3 nights but it was very enjoyable. The small chalet was perfect for a couple and luckily a short walk from the beach, not too far and not too close. Sun loungers and bean bags were plentiful. Breakfast was good and the staff excellent. Very relaxing.

The resort's location is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere that made our stay enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. However, we felt that the beach entertainment could use some improvement. While the idea of music on the beach is great, the selection and execution were somewhat lacking, making it a bit boring at times. As professionals in the entertainment industry, we believe there are ways to enhance the experience for guests, such as incorporating a more diverse music selection or live performances. GGuest UserMixed impressions) For families with children, the pool was a great help: two depths, for babies and a maximum of 110 cm. We vacationed with my 9-year-old daughter in June 2025. There were waves in the bay, so we often swam in the pool. For breakfast: buffet (watermelon, melon, tea, coffee, juices, cornflakes, milk, green lettuce, cherry tomatoes, white rice, rice with vegetables, with chicken, sausages, fried eggs, white toast, jam, butter, etc.) We got a room in which the water in the shower and sink did not drain, not comfortable at all. But we lasted two nights) as in other houses - I don't know) Overall, good. We rented a motorbike and traveled around the island: we were on other beaches and at View points. At the very end of the island, there are gorgeous views!

GGuest UserThe location is really far off. In the last corner of the island. If you don’t have a motorcycle you don’t get around well. There is a shuttle bus which costs around 120 to get to the main area one way for two, but it isn’t that reliable. It is supposed to leave once per hour at 30min after the full hour but sometimes it leaves 5min early and you are stranded for the hour, sometimes you wait until 45min after the hour. The friendlieness of the staff was from super genuinely friendly and helpful to „ I don’t give the slightest **** for you“ really depends on the person. Breakfast was good, especially the thai soups. Eating dinner there is very expensive and not that good. The restaurant location outside is spectacular. With view over the sea in many directions. The huts where you stay are simply too small. I. Essence only a bed that you can walk around. No desk or something. No shelves or something where you could store or hang clothes. You have to live out of the luggage your suitcase. The issue is : there is only space to have one opened at the time, no space for two. That makes it rather inconvenient. The water in the romm is in glass bottles , but it is actually tab water smells like chlorine. I gor stomach pain drinking only one. We were told if we need drinking water , we must use the overpriced water from the minibar. The beach wasn’t that great. You don’t walk on sand and there was lots of rubble in the water, not pleasant to swim. I would not go there again

GGuest UserIt’s an OK hotel. The best and only thing we liked was the cleanliness of room and the very large bright bathroom! And extremely quiet for a good night sleep! The general cleanliness of the outdoor areas are not kept as clean as bed room! It needs a thourough clean. I understand being on the beach can be difficult to keep on top of it ( sand)! The lobby is dark and not welcoming it’s a really strange design. The beach is crowded and the beach chairs old and not great( we went next door and paid to enjoy the sun! In general, I don’t think I ll stay again plus I prefer the quieter area north of the island (Ao Klang etc..) Breakfast was ok. Variety of dishes but not replenished so you end up with dried up ( macaroni cheese etc….) or others!

CcrazyfxGuys! If you're expecting three stars, breakfast in bed, or anything else that might be missing, don't hold your breath! In 3 minutes on foot, you'll find a heavenly sea, kinetic sand, eternal summer – simply everything you need for happiness. The rooms are a bit run down; we only had two outlets in the whole room. They change the bedding and bring plenty of bottled water. However, they didn't even empty the ashtray for four days, even though there was cleaning. For three out of four days, they couldn't fix our air conditioner; that's just how Sabai is. They came, looked, and told us to turn it off for an hour. But why come to such heavenly places and worry about the room? It's just for sleeping and the toilet! By the way, the flow-through shower gets boiling hot, and the hot water is excellent. For normal, resilient souls, this is a great option if you're coming for the sea!
