Hotel Review Good Points: 1. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. 2. The room rate was affordable and offered great value for money. 3. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. 4. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of both Thai and international dishes. 5. The location was excellent—close to the beach and convenient for getting around. 6. There was a parking area available for motorbikes, which was very convenient. 7. There was a fire dance performance every day at 7:00 PM, which was entertaining and added to the overall atmosphere. 8.There are many kinds of one day tour provided, which is same price as other tour companies. 9.Just only 10mins walk from hotel to 7-11 Things to Improve: 1. Nothing. I had a great stay and was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Very comfortable and clean. Can be noisy if your room is below others. Great location and their restaurant is wonderful during the day with reasonable food and drinks all day long.

My family had a great time during the holidays at White Sand Beach Avatara Resort.

I was extremely disappointed with the service when we arrived at the hotel late at night. There was no one at reception to check us in, and the reception area was locked. We were told that security would assist us, but when the security guard arrived, he informed us that there were no rooms available and that we would be given a refund. This left us stranded outside the hotel for almost two hours in the middle of the night, with mosquitoes biting us and no assistance from the hotel staff. This situation was completely unacceptable, especially after making a confirmed booking. A hotel should ensure that guests are properly accommodated upon arrival, or at the very least provide timely communication and assistance. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

We went there as a family of 6 and it was beautiful. The rooms are pretty big and comfortable, they also help us bring the suitcases all the way up to the room. The position of the hotel is really close to the cebtre of the island so it will make it easy to explore it

Really a nice hotel . The location of the hotel is right front of one of the best beach. If we come back definitely we will come back there…

A great location and nice breakfast area by the beach. Hotel needs a bit of TLC. Room is nice and clean. Dont have swimming pool but there is a lovely beach at the front. If they can provide more table and chairs for guests to sit and relax would be better.
