"The suite room was a great place to stay.
The room design was nice, everything felt clean and new, literally can't complain anything much. It made me felt super cozy and at home.
Nearest 7-11 was just a 3 minute walk away, and the walking street was just a few hundred meters away.
Their area felt like a little garden in the jungle, you can see a lot of frogs and snails here at nights.
The breakfast could definitely be a little better, but I don't care much about breakfast so it was fine for me.
Despite the price being a little above my budget, it was absolutely worth a stay."

"We were with a young man and we liked everything very much. The rooms had water, a kettle, a fan and air conditioning. But it was not hot, so we did not use it. There was a balcony where you could drink tea or coffee and enjoy the view of the garden. Every day they come here and clean the room. In the evening, when we returned from excursions, there was a bag on the door handle with two tangerines in it. It was very nice 🥰. Breakfast is wonderful. There is a lot to choose from, you can eat something hot, for example, noodles, rice, broth, scrambled eggs and so on. There are fruits, vegetables, desserts. You can also make toast. The territory is very pleasant. In the evenings you can hear crickets, in the morning and during the day birds sing. The pool was cold and we most often spent time in the hot springs. The administrators are very nice. And the manager too. 😇 We decided that we will come back here again 🫶
By the way, you can go to the elephants nearby. We had a bike, but you can also walk there."

"The room was beautiful, the location was stunning and it was a reasonable price. However, I do not recommend walking to and from the accomodation early in the morning or late at night as dogs are quite agressive and harass any passers by on the main road. For most people getting a scooter this wont be a problem, but if you have an early or late arrival into Pai then this is worth considering. The room was cleaned during our stay, it wasnt needed but would of been nice ."

"We really enjoyed it here. It was clean and the room/ bathroom was lovely.
The biggest issue we had was that the ground floor room was exposed with windows all around, facing the pool and the activity outside. So perhaps some nets would help to add privacy without having to close curtains and be in darkness.
We were hoping to stay another night as it was great, but they were unsurprisingly booked out!

"I recently stayed at this Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home right away. The rooms were comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a nice small garden. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the local attractions. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommended!"

"The area has beautiful views and is well-maintained. Convenient parking (even if you are driving). A bike ride away from 7/11 and the city center. I lived in a trailer. It was a bit chilly at night. And during the day, if you don't turn on the air conditioner, it was very hot (there was an air conditioner and it worked properly). Overall, it was a nice, fairly large and comfortable trailer. The path to the trailers goes through a suspension bridge, it was atmospheric. There was no pool. There are nice cats living at the reception, I loved to pet them while passing by"

"It was an amazing experience if you are looking to stay somewhere wild. It wouldn’t be great for anyone who doesn’t like nature or is scared of animals, but if that’s your thing, it’s perfect. The place is as tidy and clean as it can be inside of a clay house. The owner is really nice and helpful and the location is the most serene you will ever be. It kind of feels like you’re living in the jungle. It’s beautiful, you hear geckos, you might see a snake, there are cats meowing outside . It’s really peaceful, you can chill in the hammock all day but it’s also a walk away from town. And there is HOT water, which always feels like a luxury in these kind of places."

"We stayed there for 3 nights and the service was very good, except for one time when the woman at the reception didn't call a taxi, even though we had asked twice and we were late for our meeting point at the zipline. Cleanliness was very good and everything except beer in the minibar was free. Great location"

WWai hongOur stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help.
As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options.
The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

This housing experience definitely exceeded expectations!
When we arrived, the hostess inquired about our itinerary in PAI at the beginning of check-in, and took the initiative to provide us with a hand-drawn map of PAI to help us arrange our itinerary.
When she learned that we already had our original itinerary, she was very upset that she could not do more for us.
Even after learning that we planned to go to BanJaBo the next morning and were unable to enjoy breakfast,
A breakfast was packed directly in the evening for us to enjoy when we set off!
Throughout the entire stay, you gave my wife and I a feeling of home.
I rarely leave my reviews for hotels
But you can definitely get my perfect rating!
If I have the chance to come back to PAI, I will definitely come again!

GGuest UserI had such wonderful time here, that I extended my stay twice. The atmosphere here is calm and everyone is so nice and helpful. The stuff always did their best to help with any sort of question, big or small.
The room was nice and cozy even during some rainy days. You can rent a bike at the reception, all of Pai's key attractions are only 10-15 minutes ride away.
It was a truly amazing stay, I am sad to leave.

But overall there are no issues with the hotel, the bed is great, the bathroom is huge, the fridge is cool, the Wi-Fi is fast, the air conditioning works. The hotel has a large area, you can sit and get free coffee/cocoa with a view of the river. After crossing the river on a bamboo bridge and walking another 100 meters you will find yourself on a pedestrian street filled with fast food. The hotel is suitable for those who want peace and quiet and want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian street.

아아마사First of all, the price is cheap, and the room is spacious, which is great! And the location is really good. It's not too far from Walking Street, but it's a little bit away, so it's perfect! (In fact, if you're close to Walking Street, it can be noisy.) The breakfast doesn't have many kinds of food, but it's still delicious, and most of all, the staff is friendly.
The only regret is that there are a few spider webs in the room, and there are a lot of gaps in the door, so it seems like bugs can easily come in. There were actually a few mosquitoes. You have to request a separate room cleaning. And the refrigerator didn't work. There was water in the refrigerator. I thought about asking separately, but I don't really need a refrigerator, so I didn't take any action. Still, I'm very satisfied with this price.

SSilverfootI stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.
