Good location, clean stay, warm and helpful staff 🙏

Considered the price and location its very good. Cant find cheaper room. Its a budget room not luxury room. Owner very nice and helpful. Thank you.

The room is small but is full with everything the fridge worked and they help us with everything, location is great a walking from 7/11

A great location in Pai, basic amenities like soap, towels, great water pressure, a desk with a fair, and toilet paper. Bed was quite hardy that’s the only downside. Some outside seating to drink and eat food if you bring some home. Hot water with instant tea and coffee plus some drinking water available.

The location is good—away from the main street yet still within walking distance of everything. However, I was a bit disappointed, as paying $54 for one night didn’t feel worth it. It would be fine for a regular hotel at a lower price, but at that rate, the value didn’t match the cost. I understand it’s high season, but pricing should still reflect the overall experience. The property is right on the street, so you can hear everything passing by. The woman who checked me in was wearing pajamas, which I wouldn’t normally mind, but it added to the feeling that the stay wasn’t worth what I paid. Regardless, the view is beautiful from the room

It's perfectly situated in the city center, making it an easy and pleasant walk to the main Walking Street for evening markets and shopping. There are many popular cafes and excellent restaurants right outside the door, so you'll never be stuck for a meal or coffee. Value: 5/5 The price is very cheap, offering excellent value for money, especially considering the prime location. Rooms & Comfort: 3/5 The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, I have to be honest—the decor and furnishings make the room look not very comfortable or inviting. It’s functional and clean, but definitely basic. Noise Level: 2/5 A major downside is the poor sound isolation. You can clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside, and sometimes from neighboring rooms. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for potential disturbances, especially on busy nights or weekends. Overall Impression: If your priority is a cheap, clean, and centrally located place to sleep while you spend most of your time exploring Pai, this hotel is a perfect match. If you are looking for a cozy, quiet, or luxurious room experience, you might want to consider other options. Recommended for: Solo travelers, backpackers, and budget-conscious couples.

the hotel was really good. the lady and man owning the place were very welcoming and helpful. they have a laundry service and free water out front. the room was good and location was near 7-eleven and taxis available. you can also rent motorbikes/mopeds from the hotel too. they were really accommodating definitely recommend booking this hotel. such good quality for the price.
