"Honestly, 10/10 hotel!
It’s so peaceful, clean and has the most beautiful views and amenities.
The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The staff were lovely and if you didn’t want your room serviced, they would drop off fresh water, coffee, toilet paper and anything else you might need.
They offer a free shuttle service to and from the hotel, otherwise you can borrow bikes or it’s a short walk to town when it’s not too hot.
There is a really lovely restaurant within walking distance from the hotel who does amazing, very affordable food.
We ended up extending another two nights as Pai was so lovely.
Just up the road is a scooter hire company who is honest and fair; you can ride out to waterfalls, hot springs, lookout points for sunset and the white buda. There is also a little mini golf course within walking.
We would definitely stay here and in Pai again!

"The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to the county town. A major convenience is that you can speak Chinese when calling, which makes communication very easy. The hotel is also home to many small dogs, and it's a unique pleasure for me to buy treats and feed them every time I stay. I'll definitely be back!"

"Located about a 10-15 minutes’ walk from Pai’s walking-street, they offer a shuttle service if you want to avoid the walk. The hotel seems to have been designed as an upscale resort but have seen better days. The upkeep is lacking and aging is apparent everywhere. My room was spacious and comfortable and had all amenities you would find at a 4-star hotel. The bathroom had a walk-in shower that had strong signs of mold. It was raining a lot during my 3-night stay and every time it rained there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or right outside the bathroom window. The smell was so bad that housekeeping left the front door partially open every day after cleaning to air out the room. The outdoor areas have concrete paved walking paths across that are very moldy and in desperate need or a power-wash.
My room was cleaned daily, towels replaced and water bottles replenished.
Breakfast was rich with a lot of choices. Lots of fresh vegetables, fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. I let the kitchen know I was a vegan and they gladly offered to cook a special dish of vegetable fried rice for me."

"The room was spacious with a nice little lake view, a big and comfortable bed, and a public pool too.
The room felt kind of old and there were some bugs and lizards at nights but that's a pretty common thing in Pai so I wouldn't complain.
One thing I would complain though is the location, even with a motorbike it takes a pretty long ride to get to the downtown, nearest 7-11 was also a 10 minute ride away. The hotel offered 3 shuttles to the walking street everyday so that helped me the first day when I got in.
One funny thing was that every time when you return to your room with a motorbike at night, the owner's dogs will come and greet you which was really heartwarming, sometimes they would even stay with you at the front of your door but they won't get inside your room so don't worry. They would be really happy too if you feed them 🥰"

Very nice small hotel run by a friendly service oriented couple. Delicious choice menu for breakfast (western oriented). Swimming pool with a number of sunbeds. Clean rooms with a small terrace. The hotel is within walking distance 5 minutes from the center where there is a food market every evening.

The room is the same as the picture. Let's talk about the inside first. The air conditioner faces the bed and you can't adjust the wind. It is either on or off. It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

A wonderful place.
Everything it' s beautiful and clean! It' s a paradise. We eat a nice meal on front to the river so relaxing and the owner and the guy at the restaurant are so lovely.
And to have a hot spring in that paradise oooh it' s something very rare and wonderful.
A part the bed that it was a bit to hard we don't have any complain and it was one of the best hotel that we had been here in Tahiland. We will be back 😊

The room was spacious and clean, right next to the pool. During my stay, there was some loud chitchat from the guests in the next room. Breakfast was good, and the staff provided excellent service, especially the uncle who welcomed guests and took care of everything.

Maimon TopWe stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space.
The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

Lovely retreat off the beaten track. Great location for quiet relaxing trip. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain backdrop. The rooms are big and well decorated. There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.

I had a really great time at mad monkey! The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. I did my laundry, booked a bus ticket back to chiang mai and rented a scooter at the front desk. They oftentimes offer fun communal activities. The rooms were really modern and clean and the individual blacked out curtains provided enough privacy :) the location is not right downtown (but you can walk there in 10 minutes) which I loved bc it was quiet during night hours.

This place was amazing. The location was perfect, edge of the walking street to jump into town but still soooo peaceful! The river is right in your backyard with great view. The restaurant is so lovely to sit on the river too. Not the best food but good enough for breakfast. The host was very helpful running both. I got extra pillows I requested. I would only ask that they add a mattress topper as I sleep on my side and it would upgrade the beds a bit but otherwise very comfy and fun to be in a tree house. Def would come again
