"First of all, the price is cheap, and the room is spacious, which is great! And the location is really good. It's not too far from Walking Street, but it's a little bit away, so it's perfect! (In fact, if you're close to Walking Street, it can be noisy.) The breakfast doesn't have many kinds of food, but it's still delicious, and most of all, the staff is friendly.
The only regret is that there are a few spider webs in the room, and there are a lot of gaps in the door, so it seems like bugs can easily come in. There were actually a few mosquitoes. You have to request a separate room cleaning. And the refrigerator didn't work. There was water in the refrigerator. I thought about asking separately, but I don't really need a refrigerator, so I didn't take any action. Still, I'm very satisfied with this price.

WWai hongOur stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, and it all begins with the amazing service from Teaw. From the moment we arrived until well after we left, Teaw went above and beyond in every possible way. After returning to Chiang Mai, I realized I had accidentally left behind my camera and hairdryer at the hotel. Teaw not only contacted me immediately after discovering the items (even though I missed the call), but he also personally arranged for them to be delivered to me via a local driver—at his own expense. He clearly explained how I could collect them, and when I finally received my belongings, they were perfectly packed and undamaged. Teaw is truly a trustworthy and outstanding staff member, and I’m so grateful for his help.
As for the hotel itself—it’s a peaceful retreat deeply connected to nature. The lush gardens, blooming flowers, and bamboo-built rooms offer a unique and calming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was always plenty of hot water. Breakfast was another highlight: generous, delicious, and full of variety. I especially loved the rich white Tom Yum soup, high-quality yogurt, creamy butter, and the wide selection of breads, including both multigrain and white options.
The dining area was warm and inviting, and the swimming pool and relaxation zones were absolutely beautiful—perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the serenity around.
But what truly sets this hotel apart is the genuine care and kindness shown by the staff. You can feel it while you’re there, and you continue to feel it even after you’ve left. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, especially to Teaw—you made all the difference.

Although it is quite expensive compared to the price of Pai, it is a place with friendly staff and good cleanliness.
Breakfast and fruit service were also satisfactory. The swimming pool is quite large and the gym is also quite good for exercising alone.

It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

SSEK SEKwe love the villa. we was upgraded by Mr Van to the Grand Villa which consist of 3 rooms of course with a private pool too. Mr Van & Sam are so helpful every time i have requests they will fulfil it . It was a memorable & relaxing stay in this secluded area . We love it. Definitely will be back when i'm Pai. 🤩

GGuest UserThe location is great for someone who wants to not be in the busy center of Pai but not to be very Far from it(12 minutes walk).
As for the room they were great but there were 2 things that weren’t very good.
1.shower water didn’t get very hot and was lukewarm.
2.the finishing of the room is not good, the walls are not plastered and painted well, the floor is part concrete, and there are tubes all over the room.
As for the resort it was beautiful, with a lovely pool and garden.

There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.

TThe MisadventuristsThe rooms were spacious and quiet, the pool was nice to sit by and the breakfast was very varied, delicious and efficiently presented. Also it is a perfect location -far enough away from the Walking street (15 minute walk or 3 minute motorbike ride) to be quiet and right off the main road to Pai Canyon, the caves, the waterfalls and hot springs, and the northern reaches of the Mae Hong Son loop. We will be back!

AAnonymous UserI had a great stay here. Location was perfect for me. You can have a breakfast watching river and take a walk along the river. It is located in the corner of Pai walking street, so you can walk to walking street any time. Also, it is close to the Pai bus terminal( walking distance). Room was spacious and clean. But, don’t expect like 4star hotel service here. There is no receptionist. There is a lady doing multi roles(working at front desk, hotel restaurant,…I am sure many more). She was busy but very helpful. I enjoyed my staying here and I will book this hotel again next time when I travel to Pai.
