The service is very intimate and everything needs to be met as much as possible. The location is very convenient. Go out and turn right and then turn left and go straight for about 1km. It is Rabat Ville train station. It is not necessary to take a train taxi. Very recommended. tips: If you walk to the Hassanta site, remember to turn right and then turn left straight (passing the Ville train station), so it takes a total of 20 minutes to walk, if you turn left, it will take nearly 40 minutes (I stepped on the pit, only to find out when I came back).

Compared to the Conrad, this place is a huge step down. It's not even in the same league as a Four Seasons. Good for a staycation though.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. It's a perfect hotel for a short visit to Rabat. Its only limitations are the almost complete lack of common areas, such as lounges, and the limited space for clothing and luggage in the rooms, the latter characteristic being very common these days in hotels primarily intended for city breaks. Otherwise, the hotel is ideal due to its location in a central yet very quiet area, with the option of parking your vehicle outside (on a public road with little traffic), in spaces reserved for the hotel and supervised by hotel staff. The rooms are very comfortable and functional. Cleanliness is evident throughout. Breakfast is sufficient but could be improved, with more fruit, for example. The staff is extremely attentive and efficient. And finally, a very important detail, the excellent value for money.

Because we were satisfied with the environment, parking, rooms and buffet breakfast, we chose Rabat Executive Boutique Hotel twice during our stay in Morocco. The location of this hotel is also good. There are supermarkets, Italian restaurants and gas stations 100m around the hotel. It is not far from the main attractions by car😀😀😀

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer. Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room.

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

These are good apartments. The room has a refrigerator, stove, kitchenware, and washing machine. You can cook your own food. Nearby is the Bim store. Large living space, modern interior. There was a small problem with hot water; it takes a long time to heat up using an autonomous heater. Sometimes the noise of the air conditioner and washing machine in the neighboring rooms was disturbing. The room I lived in is located on the 4th floor, and on the roof there is also either a laundry room or bed linen washing. The sound can be heard in the room - this is a minus. The hotel is located next to the Botanical Garden, where it is pleasant to relax during the day and evening.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
