Rabat Marriott Hotel

This is a global brand hotel, so naturally, you expect a certain standard across the board. However, this particular hotel was a huge disappointment. During our three-night stay, we had to call repeatedly to ask for water, toilet paper, tea, and coffee (from the tea station), all of which should be replenished daily by default. Don't even get me started on cotton pads – they were never brought, nor were paper napkins. I had contacted the booking manager in advance to request bathrobes, slippers, and an orthopedic pillow be prepared upon arrival. None of these three items were in the room when we checked in, so we had to call and ask for them. It took two hours for the slippers and bathrobes to be delivered. The breakfast was tasty and varied, but the service left a lot to be desired. The pool area, however, was a pleasant surprise. The loungers were comfortable, and the water was warm. The pool staff were the only people who seemed to understand anything about good service. They were very helpful and attentive, ensuring everything was in order and guests were safe around the pool.

The decor is on par with a domestic 3-star hotel, but the service is good. The hotel is new, and the breakfast is nice.

This is a new hotel with excellent, warm service and great facilities. The location is also very good.

The room service was fine, but the hotel faced a construction site, and the workers were working until the early hours of the morning, which greatly affected my sleep.

Very good! Luxurious decoration! Advanced bathroom facilities and large space! The breakfast is very rich and delicious!
