Friendly reminder: A substantial city tax applies upon check-in, and non-refundable bookings can put customers in a vulnerable position. This is something to consider carefully. The room environment and hotel cleanliness were decent, but the front desk service was inconsistent, depending on their mood and personal impression.

The hotel's location and room facilities are quite good, and the service is acceptable. There are Chinese restaurants nearby, and it's not far from places to buy alcohol. However, there's a serious problem that I believe no one can accept: the Ctrip booking interface and order clearly showed that only a city tax of approximately 20 RMB was required upon arrival. However, at check-in, I was charged over 64 RMB, more than three times the original amount. I protested to the front desk on the spot, and they replied that they didn't know the Chinese information on Ctrip and told me to check Agoda. What kind of logic is that? I booked through Ctrip, why should I check Agoda? This is essentially fraudulent. Even now, looking at the booking interface, the city tax figures are 20, 39, and even 212 RMB. This pricing information management is incredibly chaotic and misleading to consumers. If this problem is solved, it deserves at least 4.5 stars; if it's not, even 1 star is too much.

The hotel room is quite standard. Parking is in a public parking space on the roadside. Safety is a bonus in Rabat. You should pay attention to the city tax you have to pay. The attitude of the service staff is also OK.
