GGuest UserWhile the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans.
Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

GGuest UserОчень милый риад в медине Рабата, при этом всего 4 минуты пешком от парковки, очень легко найти. Четырехместный номер с мезонином, наверху двуспальная кровать, внизу две односпальных, все очень чисто и уютно, окна выходят на внутренний балкончик. Есть кондиционер, чайник, холодильник, фен, салфетки. Завтрак очень вкусный, сытный и красивый (яйца, выпечка, мед, джем, оливковая паста, фрукты, суфле, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, чай, кофе). Внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники. На крыше терраса с лежаками и столиками. Маленький бассейн- наверное больше декоративный, купаться не пробовали)) До основных достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication.
