His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The only drawback is that the room price is slightly higher. Overall, it is a great value for money hotel and worth recommending to others.

AAndré De MesquitaBeautiful Ryad. Very well localised . Very friendly staff. Very attentive with my breakfast times even when I had to leave incredibly early , they made sure to go the extra mile and prepare a nice breakfast before my departure . If ever again in Rabat will surely book it again .

AAnonymous UserAmong the four-star hotels in Morocco, this is the most suitable hotel with star standards and services. It is highly recommended.
The front desk service is considerate, and the doorman will also provide inquiry services enthusiastically.
The furniture in the room is old, but not shabby, and the facilities are quite complete. The bed is too small, the bedding is not comfortable enough, too big, mopping the floor...
The overall hygiene also needs a little improvement...

ZZHONGYIThe location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

GGuest UserNot a very good area: on one side there are sights nearby, on the other side there are no good cafes nearby, it takes about 5 minutes to get to nice places for walking. No kettle in the hotel. But there is tea and coffee at the reception. Terrace with a restaurant and a good view. The view from the room was to the inner courtyard. Attentive staff. Cozy common area
