The hotel suite is 100m2 and is huge . Our suite was with 3 futons, perfect for 3 gentlemen. The huge bathroom was well supplied with the nicest cosmetic amenities and fluffy towels. Everything in the refrigerator was free, even wines. However we did not consume any. The Club lounge on the fifth floor was already well supplied with all kinds of snacks, beverages and wines, open from morning to late night. We had a Japanese breakfast on day and a western breakfast on the second day. Both were excellent.

I have two feelings about this stay. 1. The photo posted by this website was a lie - the room was very different to the reality. For a start there was no in room onsen and that had been a major factor in me making this booking. I was really disappointed on arrival. 2. However it has to be said the staff are fabulous, the food excellent and everything about the place shows a tremendous attention to detail. After a lovely long soak in the Onsen available to guests and a fabulous dinner my mood was quite recovered. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for someone looking for a luxurious retreat and plan to return myself.

This was my first Aman experience with my mom. We departed from Tokyo and it was pretty smooth. The hotel provided pick-up and drop-off. I highly recommend booking a half-day pearl diving experience and Ama hut with the hotel. The hot spring and infinity pool were also super perfect. The service was even better. I also encountered a lot of wild bayberry trees growing in the hotel while riding my bike. They were pollution-free and pesticide-free. I had a lot of fun picking them with my mom!
