"We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. "I stayed here for one night during a trip to Ise-Shima. Since I was traveling by train, I used the free shuttle service to Kintetsu Ugata Station. If you are uncomfortable walking barefoot, it may be a good idea to wear socks or bring your own. We checked in on Sunday and checked out on Monday, and the stay for two people, including breakfast, was less than 9,000 yen, which was a great deal.
